As per the podcast, usually her family has big breakfasts. From scrambled eggs to bacon and link sausage, it included everything, but she became stubborn about the concept of heavy breakfasts.

4 slices of bread, 2 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp peanut butter, and 2 tbsp jelly
