This 2001 Ford Mustang GT Roush Stage 3 convertible was purchased new by the seller from Downtown Ford Sales of Sacramento, California, and is powered by a supercharged 4.6-liter V8 paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The car is finished in red with a beige convertible top over beige leather, and Roush modifications include a body kit and rear spoiler, side-exit exhaust outlets, a fixed roll bar, staggered-width 18″ wheels, Roush springs and shocks, subframe connectors, and four-piston front brake calipers. Service in preparation for the sale included replacement of the tires and an oil change. This SN95 Roush Stage 3 convertible has 4k miles and is offered with manufacturer’s literature, a Ford window sticker and a Roush addendum, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Laser Red Metallic (E9) and features a Cobra hood, revised front and rear fascias, a raised rear wing, a Roush windshield banner, side-exit exhaust outlets, a fixed roll bar with an integrated brake light, and Roush badging. The beige convertible top is equipped with a glass rear window and is shown raised and lowered in the gallery below. Blemishes including paint chips on the front bumper and left side skirt can also be viewed in the gallery.

Roush 18″ five-spoke wheels wear staggered-width Yokohama Advan AO52 tires that show 2020 date codes, and a full-size spare is housed in the trunk. Roush suspension modifications consist of revised springs and shocks, sway bars, lower control arms, and subframe connectors. Braking is handled by four-piston front and dual-piston rear calipers with slotted rotors.

The cabin features bolstered front seats upholstered in beige leather with perforated centers and horizontal red stripes embossed with Roush lettering. Branded floor mats line the footwells, and additional equipment includes aluminum pedals, a short shifter, cruise control, air conditioning, and a Mach audio system with an in-dash six-disc CD changer. An engraved Roush plate mounted ahead of the shifter identifies this chassis as serial number 01-0136.

A leather-wrapped airbag steering wheel fronts silver-faced electroluminescent Roush instrumentation including a 150-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, ancillary gauges, and a digital odometer reading approximately 4k miles.

The 4.6-liter V8 was modified by Roush with a supercharger and intercooler as well as a secondary sheave front engine accessory drive and Stage 3 fuel system components. Power output when new was 360 horsepower at 5,250 rpm and 375 lb-ft of torque at 3,000 rpm. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission equipped with a Roush aluminum flywheel and a limited-slip differential. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

The sale includes a factory window sticker, an addendum outlining equipment included with the Roush Stage 3 package, torque specifications, and manufacturer’s literature.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists California registration with a single owner beginning in 2002.
