I just purchased today at Target and what attracted me was the size as it’s not big and cumbersome! Mine is the 16 oz. and the color is rose quartz. It was the only one left besides one black. I read the directions and I don’t think I’ll be using the dishwasher. I washed the lid with mild dish soap and rinsed inside with warm water before using. I feel no need to as I just want it for cold water and iced tea then coffee as the weather cools. I sipped from it and it’s great just push the nozzle all the way back and it’s very easy to sip from. I suggest reading the enclosure before using. Very pleased with my purchase!

No matter what I buy, I do a lot of research and buy it. Before buying a thermos, I did research on Stanley's comments and videos, I did the first test with hot water for 25 hours, first I put some hot water into the thermos, left it open for 5 minutes, poured it and put a new 1 liter of hot water into it, My husband didn't really believe it until after 25 hours, I said, 'Come on, hold out your hand and see how the temperature of the water is.’ He laughed and suddenly pulled his outstretched hand and it burned. The result was only 25 hours of warmth. I didn’t need to hold it for 45 hours. The result is obvious. I highly recommend it.

Realized that we needed a way to have some hot coffee on hand because it was inevitable that the power would go out during the recent storm. So happy that we added two of these to our hurricane supply kit. Stanley goes back many decades and there is a reason this company is still around.
I recommend this product because it does what it says it will do . having hot coffee, didn't make everything OK but it sure didn't make anything worse..

I bought this brand of thermos because of it's great reputation. First thing I noticed is that it has a plastic screw on inner cap, not the stainless steel one that my mom's has. This cap is tricky to tighten and when it is, it can suddenly pop up leaving your hot coffee to cool. It's not consistent in keeping your beverage at the temperature you want it to be. I am definitely surprised I kept it!
