Our pancake dies are designed for use with a Hydraulic Press, however they can also be used with an Arbour Press or Planishing Press for thinner materials. As a guide we recommend 0.5mm as a max thickness for non ferrous metals, you may be able to go a little higher with soft metals like Aluminium.
