Description

LUNETTES A BRANCHES MULTICOUCHES , INTERCHANGEABLES GLASSES WITH MULTILAYER BRANCHES, INTERCHANGEABLE
The present invention relates to glasses consisting, in general, of an optical or solar facade connected to two lateral support branches, by means of two corresponding tenons whether or not a mount, in fact any type of glasses.
At present, it is known to make the wearing of glasses more comfortable, sheath branches by a comfort element, generally obtained by overmolding them, for example an elastomer.
A problem to be solved in this type of branch lies in the fact that the elastomer portion directed towards the head of the user undergoes friction which contributes to its wear and which often leads to having to replace the branches as a whole, the sheaths of comfort being inseparable from the branches.
Another problem lies in the fact that overmoulding of the branches takes place on their entire periphery, which is considered, most of the time, unsightly because the elastomer is also found on the outer face of the branches, and therefore does not allow to be able to work the aesthetics of the glasses at the level of their branches to adapt to the mount, if there is one, or, anyway, to allow fantasy at the level of the part outer branches, which must be an element of decor and personalization.
The object of the present invention is to remedy all of these drawbacks and concerns for this purpose glasses consisting of an optical or solar façade, connected to two lateral support branches via two corresponding pins, whether or not they are a frame, characterized in that each of the branches is formed on the one hand by a fixed part supporting a hinge intended to be connected to the tenon, and forming an external decorative element of the branch, and on the other hand by a part mobile forming an internal comfort element of the branch, attached to the fixed part or decorative element, through complementary removable connecting means adapted to make it interchangeable, or vice versa.
The invention also relates to the features which will become apparent in the course of the description which follows, and which should be considered in isolation or in all their possible technical combinations.

Figure 7 shows, in perspective, a branch of glasses after mounting the two subsets I, II according to Figures 3 and 4, seen from above.
The glasses 1, designated as a whole in FIG. 1, consist of an optical facade, in this case two glasses 2, 3 connected to one another in the center by a nose 4, and at their outer ends of branches 5, by the intermediate of tenons 6. These are so-called "pierced" glasses, that is to say, without frames, but it could of course also be glasses with frames.
According to a general definition of the invention, each of the branches is constituted on the one hand by a fixed part 7 supporting a hinge 8 intended to be connected to the post 6, and forming an external decor element of the branch 5, and of secondly by a movable part 9 forming an internal comfort element of the branch 5, attached to the fixed part or decorative element 7, by means of complementary removable connecting means 12, 13 able to make it interchangeable, or conversely .
According to the present embodiment, which is not limiting, the fixed and movable portions 7, 9 forming the branch are constituted by two subsets I, II, the first fixed I of which is formed by the external decor element 7 attached to a core 10, and the second mobile II is formed by the internal comfort element 9 attached to a plastic core 11.
Preferably, but not exclusively, the metal core 10 of the subset I is made of stainless steel or titanium, while the plastic core 11 of the subassembly II is made of polypropylene.
Preferably, the external decor element 7 is attached to the metal core 10 by gluing on its outwardly facing face, intended to constitute the outer face of the branch 5. Of course, the external decor element 7 could be attached to the metal core 10 by any means other than gluing, such as overmolding.
It is the same for the metal core 10 of the subassembly I and the plastic core 11 of the subassembly II which could be in any other compatible material.
The comfort element 9 is an elastomer, but could be replaced by any other material.
As clearly shown in FIG. 2, as well as the sectional views 8 and 9, the complementary removable connection means of the interchangeable comfort mobile subassembly II, relative to the fixed decorative subassembly I, consist on the one hand by a plurality of pins 12 attached to the inner face of the metal core 10 of the fixed subassembly I, and secondly by corresponding housings 13 made vis-à-vis the inner face of the plastic core 11 of the mobile subassembly II to cooperate with each other in the assembly. According to the present exemplary embodiment, the pins 12 of the core 10 of the fixed decorative subassembly I form a circular flared head 14 of greater diameter than a cylindrical tail 15 which supports it, made integral with the metal core 10. The corresponding housings 13 made on the metal core 11 of the mobile comfort subassembly II are formed by buttonhole-shaped housings, a long portion 16 substantially corresponds to the diameter of the head 14 of the pin 12, to allow its introduction. , and a narrow portion 17 of which corresponds to the diameter of the shank 15 of the same peg 14 and extends longitudinally so as to allow said peg 14 to slide in the buttonhole 13, and consequently its locking by longitudinal sliding.
Of course, the housings 13 could be of any other shape or replaced by a longitudinal slide in which slide the pins 14 integral with the metal core 10.
Also, the pins 14 could be, as far as they are concerned, replaced by resiliently deformable pins that are able to snap into corresponding housings of the plastic core 11.
As clearly visible in FIG. 2, the metal core 10 of the fixed decorative subassembly I receives, on its internal face, at one of its ends directed towards the post 6, a hinge 8 which is fixed on the core 10 by means of screws 18 cooperating with tubes corresponding threads 19 soldered on the core 10.
According to another characteristic of the invention, the final assembly and the immobilization of the mobile comfort subassembly II on the fixed decorative sub-assembly I is carried out by means of a screw 20, passing through the sub-assembly. mobile comfort assembly II for screwing into a threaded hole 21 made on the metal core 10 of the fixed decorative subassembly I, near its hinge 8.
Finally, will be described below the operational mode for the embodiment of a branch 5 according to the invention which has just been described above.
