Abstract

An interactive target system includes a laser station (LS) and a plurality of light activated targets (T). The laser station (LS) includes a light emitting device (L) operable to fire discreet beams of light at the targets (T). The laser station (LS) also includes an activity-associated charging apparatus having an activity device at which a participant performs an activity. A detector monitors performance of the activity at the activity device. A controller is operatively connected to the light emitting device (L) to limit the number of times the light emitting device can be activated. The controller reduces the number of times the light emitting device (L) can be activated each time the device is activated. The controller also receives a signal from the detector and in response to the detector signal increments the number of times the light emitting device (L) can be activated.
