(技術分野)
本発明は、 断層撮影装置用ガン卜リーの改良に関するもので、 さらに詳しくは、 自 走できる台車に搭載され、 手術台上の患者に対して自由に近付けあるいは遠ざけるこ とができ、 手術の途中でも随時断層撮影ができる断層撮影装置用ガン卜リーに関する ちのである。
(背景技術)
断層撮影装置(以下 C T装置という) では、 被検体の断層面について ο多方向から の投影データが要求されるため、 例えば X線 CT装置では、 X線管と X線検出器がガ ン卜リーに搭載されて一体となって被検体の周りを回転し、 その間の所定の回転角度 毎にそれぞれ投影データが収集される。 多方向から収集された投影データは、 コンビ ユータで処理されて断層像が再構成される。
手術を要する患者については、 手術部位の確認や手術法の決定等のために、 手術前 に患部の断層撮影が行われる。 また、 手術後も手術の結果の確認等のために断層撮影 が行われる。 ところで、 もし、 手術の途中においても断層像の撮影が行えるならば、 断層像に基づいて手術の途中経過や処置の適否をその場で確認し、 手術の継続や終了 等を決定するのに役立てることができるが、 手術中の患者を C T装置の設置場所まで 移動させることができないので、 手術の途中での断層像の撮影は不可能であった。 (発明の開示)
本発明の目的は、 手術台上の患者に対して自由に近付けあるいは遠ざけることがで き、 手術の途中でも断層撮影が行える断層撮影装置用ガン卜リーを提供することにあ る。
本発明の断層撮影装置用ガン卜リーは、 ガン卜リー本体(1 ) と、 このガン卜リー 本体を搭載し、 床面に設けられたガイドラインに沿って自走する台車部( 2 ) とを具 備することを特徴とする。

(発明を実施するための最良の形態)
次に図面を参照して本発明の実施例を詳細に説明する。
第 1図において, 1はガン卜リー本体で、 その中空部に患者の断層撮影部を受入れ て、 断層面に関する投影データが収集できるようになつている。 ガン卜リー本体 Ίは, 図示しないケーブルによって、 コンピュータや電源装置等と接続される。 2は台車部 で、 天板 3とそれを支持するベース 4からなり、 ガン卜リー本体 1を天板 3に搭載し て床面 5の上を移動できるようになつている。 ベース 4は第 2図及び第 3図に示すよ うな各種の機構を持っている。
第 2図及び第 3図において、 6は駆動輪で床面 5に接しており、 台車部 2を推進さ せるものである。 7は駆動モータで駆動輪 6を回転駆動する。 8は操舵装置で一端 (図の右方) がベース 4の壁に固定され、 他端を伸縮させることにより、 駆動輪 6の 向きを軸 6c を中心として変えることができる。 9 a , 9 b は従動輪でベース 4に回 転自在に取付けられている。 1 0は台車移動の進路を決めるガイドラインで、 例えば 光反射テープを床面 5に貼り付けることによって形成されるが、 それに限るものでは なく、 磁気や電波などを利用したガイドラインであってもよい。 1 1 a , 1 1 b はべ ース 4に固定されたガイドラインセンサーで、 例えば光反射テープ 1 0の反射光を検 出する光センサー等を用いて構成される。 ガイドラインセンサー Ί 1 a , 1 1 b の検 出信号は、 図示しない信号線を通じて操舵装置 8に与えられる。 1 2a , 1 2 b , 1 2c 及び 1 2d はアウトリガ一で、 一端はベース 4に固定されていて、 油圧によって 他端が伸縮して床面 5に対する台車部 2の固定およびその解除を行う。
1 3a , 1 3 b は油圧シリンダーで油圧によりピストン 1 3c , 3d を上下させ るものである。 油圧シリンダー 1 3 a , 1 3 b の下端はベース 4に固定されており、 ピストン 1 3c , 3d の上端は天板 3の下面を支えていて、 その上下により天板 3 を昇降させる。 1 4a , 1 4 はガイドレールでベース 4に固定されていて、 天板 3 に取付けられたカムフォロワ 1 5に挟まれて、 天板 4の昇降運動のガイドになってい る。 カムフォロワ 1 5は例えば 8個あり、 天板 3のベース 4側の端部に近い所に上下
左右に 2個づっガイドレール 1 4a , 1 4 b を挟むように取付けられている。
このような本発明のガン卜リーを手術室で使用するときは、 手術室においては予め、 手術台と、 手術台から数メートル程度離れたガン卜リーの退避場所との間に、 例えば 光反射テープによってガイドライン 1 0を形成する。 このようなガイドライン Ί 0は、 床面に何等の凹凸を生じさせることなく形成することができる。 ガン卜リーの退避場 所は、 手術の邪魔にならない所に設定される。 次に、 本発明のガン卜リーを手術室に 搬入して、 ガイドライン 1 0上にガイドラインセンサ 1 1 a , 1 1 b が合致するよう にして退避場所に設置する。
手術中に断層撮影の必要が生じたときは、 退避場所に置かれたガン卜リーの台車部 2の図示しない前進スィッチを押すと、 駆動モータ 7が駆動輪 6を駆動して、 台車部 2がガン卜リー本体 Ίを搭載した状態で手術台に向かって前進する。 このとき、 ガイ ドラインセンサー 1 1 a , 1 1 b が、 床面 5に設けられたガイドライン 1 0からの例 えば反射光等の信号を検出しているので、 台車 2の進路がガイドライン 1 0からずれ て反射光が減少すると、 操舵装置 8が作動して駆動輪 6の向きを軸 6c を中心として 回転させて台車部 2の進行方向を條正する。 これによつて、 台車 2は正しくガイドラ イン Ί 0に沿って進行する。
台車部 2の前進によつてガン卜リー本体 1が手術台上の患者に対して所望の位置に 来ると、 図示しない停止スィッチを操作して台車の前進を止める。 そして、 図示しな い天板上下スィッチにより、 患者の撮影部位の中心がガン卜リー本体 Ίにおける測定 空間の中心にくるように天板 3の高さを調節する。 すなわち、 天板上下スィッチを上 昇方向に操作すると、 油圧シリンダ Ί 3 a , 1 3 に油が送り込まれてピストン 1 3 c , 1 3 d が上昇して天板 3を上方に押上げる。 このとき、 天板 3に取付けられた力 ムフォロワ 1 5はガイドレール 1 4a , 1 4 b の案内により天板 3を円滑に上昇させ る。 天板上下スィッチを下降方向に操作すると、 油圧シリンダ 1 3a , 3 中の油 が抜き出されてピストン Ί 3c , 1 3d が下って天板 3を下降させる。 このようにガ ン卜リー本体 1の位置を決めたのち、 図示しないガン卜リーセッ卜スィッチを押すと- 油圧によりァゥ卜リガ一 Ί 2a〜Ί 2d が下降して床面 5に接し台車部 2が床に対し て固定される。
その後、 通常の操作により断層撮影を行う。 別の部位を撮影するときは、 ァゥ卜リ ガー 1 2 a〜1 2 dによる固定を解除した後、 上述と同様にしてガン卜リー本体 1を 新たな位置に設定して撮影する。
撮影を終了したときは、 アウトリガ一 1 2 a〜1 2 dによる固定を解除した後、 後 退スィッチを押して台車部 2を後退させて退避場所に戻す。 後退スィッチを押したと き、 モータ 7は前進の場合とは逆方向に回転して台車部 2を後退させる。 ガイドライ ンセンサー 1 1 a , 及び操舵装置 8の進路制御動作は前進のときと周様に行わ れる。
このように、 本発明のガン卜リーを使用すれば、 手術の途中で随時に簡単な操作で 断層撮影を行うことができる。 尚、 本発明は上記実施例に限るものではない。 この実 施例では、 台車部 2の車輪は、 1輪が駆動, 2輪が従動としたが、 2輪駆動, 1輪従 動とし、 駆動の 2輪は別々に駆動し、 左右の回転数を制御することにより操舵を行つ てもよい。 ァゥ卜リガ一の数は 4個には限らず、 床が充分平らであれば無くてもよい c 天板の昇降には油圧シリンダを用いる例を示したが、 ねじ棒とナツ卜の組合せによる モータシリンダを用いてもよい。 更に、 安全のため電源断のときには駆動モータに自 動的にプレーキがかかるか、 ギアボックスによるセルフ口ックが利くようにしてもよ い。
以上、 本発明を実施するための最良の形態について説明したが、 本発明が属する技 術の分野における通常の知識を有する者にとって、 以下の請求の範囲を逸脱すること なく種々の変形を行うことは容易である。
Claims
1. 被検体を受容する空間部分を有し、 この空間部分に配置された被検体の断層面に 関する多数の方向からの投影データを収集する断層撮影装置用ガン卜リ一本体( 1 ) . 及び
移動可能な台車部であって、 この台車部は、
ガン卜リ一本体が搭載される天板( 3 ) と、
この天板を昇降手段によって支持するベース (4)とを有し、
このベースは、 床面に設けられたガイドラインに沿って自走する自走手段 (6) (7) (8) (9) (11 )を有する
ものである台車部 (2)
を具備する断層撮影装置用ガン卜リー。
2. 自走手段は、 駆動 ( 6 ) と、 駆動輪を駆動する駆動モータ ( 7 ) と、 走行方向 を制御する操舵手段(8) と、 ガイドラインを検出して操舵手段に操舵用の入力信号 を与えるガイドラインセンサー手段 (11 )を有する請求の範囲 Ί項に記載の断層撮 影装置用ガン卜リー。
3. ガイドラインセンサーは、 光学的センサーである請求の範囲 2項に記載の断層撮 影装置用ガン卜リー。
4. ガイドラインセンサーは、 磁気的センサーである請求の範囲 2項に記載の断層撮 影装置用ガン卜リー。
5. ガイドラインセンサーは、 電波センサーである請求の範囲 2項に記載の断層撮影 装置用ガン卜リー。
6. ベースは、 それ自身を床面に対して固定するアウトリガ一手段を有する請求の範
囲 1項に記載の断層撮影装置用ガン卜リー。
7. 昇降手段は、 油圧シリンダーを含む請求の範囲 1項に記載の断層撮影装置用ガン 卜1 J一。
8. 昇降手段は、 モータシリンダーを含む請求の範囲 1項に記載の断層撮影装置用ガ ン卜リー。
