Her collagen lip injections have long-seen her being labelled ‘trout pout’ by many.

But it looks like Lara Flynn Boyle still has no intention of ceasing to surgically enhance her face.

The 42-year-old was spotted visiting a petrol station to fill up on fuel for her car on Saturday and certainly wasn’t looking her best due to seemingly topped up treatments.

The actress stepped out of her black SUV vehicle appearing swollen in the face and neck, which she concealed with a brown scarf at the 76 station in Santa Monica, California.

While her legs were looking extremely thin in a pair of beige trousers, the star’s midriff showed signs she was rather bloated.

Lara teamed her ensemble with dark grey cardigan, white and pink trainers and sunglasses on top of her head.

The brunette – who married real-estate investor - Donald Ray Thomas II in 2006 sported an emerald ring on her left hand, but didn’t look so sparking herself.

She was clearly going for the relaxed look as she scraped her brunette locks back into a scruffy ponytail.

The tired-looking former Twin Peaks star was groomed as far as her thinly shaped eyebrows go but as she pumped gas into her car it must have been difficult not to stare at her overly full lips.

Lara was once the darling of Hollywood and even dated legend Jack Nicholson.

But when she was just 32, she admitted she feared growing old. 

She said: 'I know I may be running out of time. There are just not that many roles for older women.

'On a vanity level, I am not looking forward to ageing at all - I think I look pretty good now.'
