Chiefs honor Andy Reid with tropical shirts ahead of Super Bowl 2020

Welcome to Miami, Kansas City.

On Sunday, the Chiefs arrived in South Florida ahead of Super Bowl 2020 wearing red floral-printed shirts in honor of head coach Andy Reid, who instead opted for a dark suit and a red tie.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes, tight end Travis Kelce and safety Tyrann Mathieu were among the Chiefs players rocking Reid’s signature style, which has become a staple at the annual NFL meetings and press conferences.

With a 14-14 record in the playoffs and one prior Super Bowl loss to the Patriots, Reid is hoping to bring the Lombardi Trophy home to Chiefs Kingdom.

“We’re sick of hearing what the media says about him, how he can’t get the big one done. We still got one more [win] to knock off the list,” Kelce previously said.

The Chiefs are currently 1-point favorites over the San Francisco 49ers, per most Las Vegas oddsmakers.
