- Atletico Madrid. Saul reaches his best level at the right time
- Opinion. Angel Correa: LaLiga's new star No.10
A few hours ago, James Rodriguez posted a photo of himself on Twitter smiling with a phrase that many football fans, specifically Atletico Madrid supporters, will be familiar with.
The Colombian posted the Atletico motto 'Nunca dejes de creer' (never stop believing) with a smiley face and an emoji saying 'soon', prompting Los Rojiblancos' fans to believe that he will be arriving at the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano before the end of the transfer window.
Responses to the tweet haven't taken long and given his Real Madrid past and the fact that he hasn't been a regular for Everton, some Atletico supporters have expressed their disdain, saying they do not wish to see him playing at the Wanda.
The fact that James isn't comfortable in Merseyside at the moment, especially following the departure of Carlo Ancelotti, has sparked rumours of his exit.
His social media activity suggests that the 30-year-old is still unsure about where he will find himself come the end of the transfer window, and only time will tell whether or not James will return to Spain to ply his trade.
