Didn’t accept my return

Horrible experience !!!! Didn’t accept my return from the store in LA, because they think a tag been re-attached. Item is bad quality, very wrinkly and not fitting properly- I don’t want it. Do not recommend! Bad customer service. I’ll never be back.

I don’t even want to give it a star

I don’t even want to give it a star. Returned a dress in December but they only approved an exchange. Everything I wanted to was out of stock or didn't have my size. The buyout happened and with an announcement they returned the damaged dress. I have tried contacting them for months. I finally heard back with an apology email sating that they will only honor returns of purchases made at the end of March and on.

Run don’t walk away from Intermix and…

Run don’t walk away from Intermix and report the company for unethical business practices as it is passing off customers since it’s recent buyout. Customers can’t get their entitled refunds for purchases or any other customer service answer you are looking for. Complete mess, unorganized chaos and incapable customer service agents tending to phone lines and emails. Never will I shop at Intermix ever again.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever…

The WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’ve worked in customer service myself for years. On line, ignore e mails, rude, absolutely horrible. Finally phoned and got a lovely LADY, not a 20 year old entitled xxx, you can tell, on line. This lady took care of the situation within 5 minutes. Get your act together Intermix, you can always get the same threads a dozen different places.

Frustrating INTERMIX experience…

Frustrating INTERMIX experience shopping! I wanted to make a complaint about the online orders. It is very annoying, they constantly send me “sorry email” that the item is not longer available. It is constantly happening with my orders. It is very unprofessional and hard to shop by this company. Maybe they have some issues with system that needs to be fixed by IT department?!
Another problem is, with accommodation “sorry email”, they attach the promo code of 20% and it never works! At the check out it’s always a problem, either coupon says it’s invalid or expired. Extremely annoying online shopping experience.

Please save yourself the headache

Please save yourself the headache, purchase from an online provider like nordstom, bloomingdales, saks, or neiman marcus to name a few.

I purchased 2k worth of merchandise in July. returned all of it a couple of weeks later and only received refund of 1K. After 6 phone calls, speaking with many managers, getting the situation "escalated" and 10 emails, over 6 weeks I have received NO response. I am getting told they are running at a delay and have "no idea" when they can get back to me. what a headache. i am at my wits end.

I agree with the host of these reviews…

I agree with the host of these reviews - the clothes are wonderful, the purchase and return process will cause me to never shop here again.

When the same merchandise is available from retailers who understand the ROI of online shoppers, why would anyone put up with this nonsense. They've had my return for 2 weeks, still no refund. (oh and they had my money for two weeks before I actually got my merchandise)

Nightmare company

This is the absolute worst online company I have ever dealt with. After waiting 5 weeks for my order and sending 9 unanswered Emails I received the wrong size. Did not have the energy to return it after reading the reviews here. I thought Intermix were an honest and trustworthy company. Please save your energy and do not order from them.

Canceled items whereas they are still in stock on their website!!

They cancel items several days after placing the order whereas it’s still in stock on their website in the same size… Two orders and two items canceled whereas they are still in stock on their website!! 🤔
They take forever to ship orders (when they are not canceled for absolutely no reason).
And their customer service doesn’t answer to emails when there is a problem.
I only purchased on Intermix because they have good sale prices but save yourself the trouble and ask for a price match on Revolve or other retailers…

Terrible experience with customer…

Terrible experience with customer service for the 2nd consecutive time: very rigid policy and no effort on customer service’s part to place customer satisfaction above everything else, which is likely costing them
a lot of customers. Won’t be buying their products EVER again!

Time and time again Intermix always has…

Time and time again Intermix always has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. From packages that never arrive, to Flash Sales suddenly going to List Price as you put your credit card number in! What takes the cake is the customer service and their inexperience. They all need to be trained for common courtesy and doing whatever it takes to provide a solution. Today I had to ask one customer service lady to go into a quiet room. She says she works from home. I said, ok so do I and lots of the population..... I could go on, but suffice to say, never will NEVER shop here again.

Avoid!!!

I wish I could read reviews before ordering anything from them. Not only the jacket arrived 3 sizes bigger but the are not responding to my emails. I’m trying to get a refund and send the item back but for that I need a code from them. I’ve tried to call them with no success. This company should not operate! Avoid!

I recently made an online purchase…

I recently made an online purchase since my local store was closed due to COVID. I already know my designer's sizing so trying on was not as much of an issue as it would normally be. My order arrived about one week later than originally stated, but all else was up to expectations. I understand during this time shipping may be delayed, but the company should say so on it's website when placing the order to set realistic expectations.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have the WORST customer service! I ordered a sweater dress from them and almost a month later I emailed asking where my sweater was because it had not arrived; they then informed me that it was sold out and I would be refunded my money - up to 72 business days later!!!! Appalling and I swear the responses are so cold it must be a robot answering. Seriously save your money and don't buy from them no matter how enticing their merchandise it! It's not worth the stress.

I bought a dress for my wedding at…

I bought a dress for my wedding at Nordstrom and then looked online and found it at Intermix for $200 less than I paid. I immediately bought the dress so I could return the the other one. After I placed the order, I read the reviews here and was scared I made a big mistake and would lose money. However the dress arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered! Maybe I was lucky but I have zero complaints!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve been shopping online and in their stores for years and have never had to contact customer service. After doing so I will NEVER buy from this company again. They do not care about their customers AT ALL. They will politely respond to your issue telling you they appreciate the feedback and not even ATTEMPT to rectify your terrible experience.

Let me keep it short: Be ready to never get a refund, if there's an issue with your order or if they make a mistake. That's right! They are mean terrible people with the most horrible customer service. You would never see your money once it's gone. Truly hated my experience.

if I could put 0 stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional customer service. I was told by 3 agents that I need to wait for my gift card to be issued, and I was waiting more than one month since apparently they're MANUALLY done by ONE PERSON. Eventually, after waiting more than a month, and checking constantly my emails, I called again and was told that promotional gift cards are not refundable. So, basically, the company gives you a promotional gift card to use, and if you return one item out of the two you purchased, you're not given back any promotional part of it. You will pay the full price for the item you've left with. All this is to find out after numerous requests to just wait, they can "see" the gift card is being issued.

Severe processing/shipping delays

Severe processing delays. Did not get a processing email 1.5 after ordering. Have to call to get all updates. Another shipping delay due to sale. 1 month process from order to delivery. No heads up of shipping or processing delays.
