Is it all getting to Mezhgan? Simon Cowell's ex fiancee looks tired and downbeat at One Direction movie premiere... as he gushes over baby news
She was at one point promised the world from Simon Cowell when he proposed to her and even spoke of starting a family together.
So revelations that he is now expecting a baby with socialite Lauren Silverman must have come as a blow to Mezhgan Hussainy.
And things certainly seemed to be getting too much for the make-up artist when she joined the music mogul at Tuesday night's premiere of One Direction's new movie This Is Us in London.

Getting too much: Simon Cowell's ex fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy looks tired and downbeat as she attends the One Direction: This Is Us movie premiere in London on Tuesday night alongside the music mogul
The 40-year-old walked the red carpet alone after Cowell made his own way to the premiere.
And while she wasn't the only ex with him - Sinitta was also in tow - Mezhgan certainly didn't seem in high spirits.
She failed to crack a smile and looked tired as she put on a public show of support for her one time husband-to-be.
Staying strong: Mezhgan was said to be upset when she found out Cow2ell had fathered a child with Lauren Silverman after previously planning to have a family with him
Although she had dressed up for the occasion in an asymmetric floorlength gown with side split.
Her downbeat demeanour could be due to the fact Simon was positively glowing thanks to the baby news.
And rather than hold his head in shame over the fact Lauren was married to his best pal Andrew Silverman at the time of their tryst, Simon happily spoke out about the news.
Too much? She has continued to spend lots of time with Simon but has been downgraded along with his other exes
Coping better! His other ex Sinitta was also said to be distraught at the baby news but managed to crack a smile at the premiere
Show of unity: Sinitta as ever has stayed loyal to Cowell despite stating: 'It should have been me!' about the baby news
He took the opportunity at the premiere to admit how happy he is to become a father.
And he even made sure he praised his pregnant lover, labelling her as 'special.'
He told the BBC that he was 'proud', adding: 'Things are changing in my life right now, for the better.
Facing the drama: Simon seemed to lap up the attention as he made a quick trip back to London especially for it
Time to go: He looked like he meant business as he left his London home ready to travel to Leicester Square
'I'm proud to be a dad...It's something I hadn't thought of before, but now I know I feel good about it.'
The X Factor boss added: 'She (Lauren)'s a very special girl.'
And Simon even made a joke of his impending fatherhood in front of the crowds, telling them: 'This is like a dream come true... I feel like a father.' To which the host jested back: 'We won't go down that road!'
In the mix: Simon proudly posed with the boys inside the cinema before chatting about the movie
The crew: Cowell, One Direction, director Morgan Spurlock and their guests all posed together before taking their seats
