Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm Offers Sheer Color and Hydration at a Great Price

As someone so well-versed in lip products, I've long been familiar with the offerings from Burt's Bees. (I've used the brand's products since high school.) My makeup collection is mostly lip products, from glosses and balms to lipsticks and everything in between. I can never have enough, and I am constantly trying new ones as they come out. It's super easy to apply the Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm—just apply a swipe of the sheer color anytime you need it. The pigment is slightly buildable, so you can keep adding it to get another light layer of color. 

I used the Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm daily for two weeks and would apply it in the morning after getting ready.

The Results: Soft lips with a subtle pop of color

I tried the shade "Red Dahlia," a classic red with a subtle berry undertone. When I swatched the product onto my hand, I noticed the texture was so creamy and smooth! You could instantly see the hue on my lips after one application, but I preferred adding a second layer for more color. In terms of how the product wears, I would say it keeps the lips nourished for hours. I did have to re-apply after eating and drinking, but even after hours, my lips didn't feel as dry as before, which was impressive. The shade "Red Dahlia" adds a pop of color that accentuates my lips, and I could wear it when dressing up or down. I love how it doesn't have a fragrance compared to other tinted lip balms I've tried, making it suitable for those with sensitive skin (such as myself).
