Michelle Dell
If we’re talking about our crew, of course we have to start at the top with Mama. Michelle has been sailing the ship that is Hogs & Heifers Saloon for over 25 years. Penny Osiecki
Penny has only been on board with us for a year, but the impact she‘s already had with our events is incredible. The next time you visit Hogs & Heifers during one of our parties, and you’re surrounded by thousands of people, know that Penny is a big reason behind the crowds flowing through the doors. Tiffany
On top of being one of the most incredible bartenders we’ve ever had in Vegas, she also manages our front of the house staff. Tiffany may be one of the best people you ever meet in your life. Click on her image above for more on this bad-ass lady!
Kim Quinn
Kim went from bartender, to helper of just about everything at Hogs. She’s a personal assistant to our bad-ass boss Michelle, and her recent efforts include coordinating our Hogs & Heifers Racing group. The H&H racing team is a massive professional project, with a ton of moving parts, Kim is the Head... Like Voltron
Andrew Ramsey
Known to most as AR, Mr. Ramsey has his eyes on everything. He keeps the Hogs & Heifers crazy ship moving forward. Fuck Around and Find Out.
Jerimy Norwood
This kilt wearing Viking has been with us for over a decade. As his red beard grows, so does his legend. He takes care of our security staff and does a ton of other shit for us too. He’s also an amazing father, cheers Jerimy!
Cary Trotter
Cary is another member of the Hogs family that has been with us for years. He started off as a part of our security staff, and now helps manage this staff, as well as being an important person that helps with so many behind the scenes daily operations. This dude is a great friend and awesome guy to have around, he’ll also whip your ass on any frisbee golf course in the country.
Joe
We only hire our management staff from within. Joe has been with the Hogs family for years, we were happy to promote him to lead up are bar-backs and other behind the scenes staff. This kid can do just about anything. According to his morning banter, he takes the local sports books to the cleaners on a weekly basis. Give him a shout if you‘re lookin’ to pick up an extra buck during the NFL season.
Chris
Chris has been with us since the early Vegas days. This family man is a solid guy to have around, and does a little bit of everything for us. He‘s a great dude in all categories except one, he likes the fuckin’ Cowboys. Hogs & Heifers is by all means NOT a sports bar. But if we were, we definitely wouldn’t be a Cowboys bar... Go Giants!
