The permissive will of God is that you marry a Christian if you can get it right, but the perfect (actual) will of God is that you marry a particular person that God chooses for you to marry. The scripture says “House and riches are the inheritance of fathers: and a prudent wife is from the LORD.” (Proverbs 19:14).
