Abstract

The invention relates to an anti-theft security device intended to prevent the theft of personal objects at the beach or in other places, said device comprising: a case (1) with a base (1a) and a lid (1b) that fit together; and an anchoring means (2) consisting of a ring (20) with handles (3) coupled thereto, said ring being formed by two half-rings (21) that are connected by a hinge (22) and provided with reciprocal coupling means (23, 24) intended to receive a closure element. The ring is also provided with means (4) for securing to a supporting element (7), consisting of an anti-vandal nut (42) and screw (40), a flat bar (44) provided with holes (45), or a clamp (46). The ends (23, 24) of the half-rings (21) of the ring are coupled to one another using a male-female reciprocal coupling system formed by through-holes (5) which, when coupled to one another, are aligned so as to allow the passage of a padlock or similar.

DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY SAFETY DEVICE SECURITY OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention, as expressed in the statement of the present specification, refers to an anti-theft security device, which provides several characteristic advantages inherent to its particular configuration, which will be described in detail below and which represent a novelty in the state Current technique.

The object of the present invention is focused specifically on an anti-theft security device whose purpose is to prevent theft of personal objects on the beach or other similar public spaces, providing a practical and safe system for housing said objects in a box which , in an innovative way, it is secured by an anchoring system consisting of an articulated ring that has different means to be fixed to a support element.

FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION

The field of application of the present invention is part of the industry sector dedicated to the manufacture of security systems, being especially focused on those intended to safeguard personal objects in public places.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The problem that exists on beaches and other public recreational places to keep small personal items such as wallets, keys, mobile phone, etc. is widely known. if you cannot provide continuous surveillance over them, for example when going to bathe, falling asleep or being distracted, at which time they can be stolen, with the consequent damage to the owner. To solve this problem, different solutions are known in the market, some of which are more effective than others. In this regard, it is worth mentioning that the applicant himself is the holder of a Utility Model No. ^Q 201 131 1020 in which a device for beach safety objects of the type concerned is described, which, although it complies more or more less satisfactorily the objectives pursued, it presents certain aspects that can be improved, the improvement of such aspects being the essential objective of the present invention.

Thus, in said previous document, the exposed device consisted of a box and a lid provided with a handle and provided with mutually adjustable flaps in its contour, as well as an anchoring assembly constituted by a bar that plugs into another provided with a helical blade in its lower part, intended to be stuck in the sand, and provided the assembly in its upper part with a transverse through hole provided for the introduction therein of an auxiliary bar that allows manually the integral rotation of the assembly for nailing and unlocked from the sand, and a clamp articulated to a latch that is fixed to the top of the bar, but with the possibility of independent rotation with respect to it.

Well, said device, especially its anchoring set, supposes, in addition to a remarkable effort for the user to carry out its placement and removal of nailed in the sand, the need to carry a large volume instrument that has been added at the volume of the box itself.

In addition, since these types of devices are essentially designed to provide the possibility of using the services of the beach or site in question, for example in combination with the rental of sun beds and / or umbrellas, it would be desirable to improve the aforementioned device. , so that the present invention aims at said improvement through the development of a more practical and much less bulky anchor set or system.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The anti-theft security device of this invention is configured as a remarkable novelty within its field of application, since in accordance with its implementation the aforementioned objectives are satisfactorily achieved, the characterizing details making it possible and distinguishing it, conveniently set forth in the final claims that accompany the present specification.

The invention, as already noted above, consists of a device of the type comprising a box for housing personal items to be stored and preventing them from being improperly stolen, which is ensured, through its handles, by a system of anchor, which, characteristically, consists of an articulated ring, that is, with the possibility of opening in two pieces to surround the handles of said box, and which is provided with fixing means for permanent anchoring to an element of appropriate support, fixed or semi-fixed or difficult to mobilize, for example to a hammock, to a fixed post umbrella, to a wall, death or wall, or any other point deemed appropriate.

Said fixing means, in a first embodiment, consist of a screw with nut, preferably, a nut of the vandal-proof type, that is, of the type that cannot be loosened in a simple way and is provided with a threading mechanism that prevents said loosened by third parties.

In a second embodiment, the said means for fixing the ring contemplate the incorporation of an orifice plate which, also by screwing, is fixed to the ring, allowing, in turn, its fixing to the point or element of support that is convenient.

Finally, in a third embodiment, the fastening means of the ring of the invention consist of a flange that allows its fixing to a post, for example of an umbrella or similar element.

In addition, according to another feature of the invention, said ring, which is not necessarily round, since it can be square, rectangular or have other shapes, has for its closure a tongue and groove coupling that, advantageously, allows the use of any padlock or analogous security closing system, with which, said lock may be provided by the service provider or belong to the user. Finally, it should be noted that, with respect to the box, it is preferably constituted, by two pieces, a base and a lid, which fit together, comprising in the same a through hole that determines the handle, and through the which the ring is inserted, in such a way that said handle is part of the box's own pieces instead of being an independent element that has been incorporated and fixed to them. To do this, preferably, said forming parts of the box are pieces of resistant plastic material obtained by molding or injection.

The described anti-theft security device thus consists of an innovative structure with structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now for the purpose to which it is intended, reasons that, together with its practical utility, provide it with sufficient grounds to obtain the privilege of exclusivity that It is requested. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In view of the aforementioned figures, and according to the numbering adopted, an example of a preferred but not limited embodiment of the anti-theft security device of the invention can be seen, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and describe in detail below.

Thus, as seen in said figures, the device of the invention comprises a box (1) for housing the objects and an anchor (2) that is coupled to the handles (3) of said box (1) preventing its opening and subtraction.

For this, said anchor (2) consists of an articulated ring (20), which can be circular, square, rectangular or otherwise, to open sufficiently and surround the handles (3) of the box (1), being constituted to from two pieces or semiaros (21) joined together by one end by means of an articulated joint (22) and provided at their opposite ends with means of mutual coupling (23, 24) capable of receiving a closing element (not shown) that ensures their union. Furthermore, said ring (20) is provided with fixing means (4) to provide its permanent anchoring to a support element (7) consisting, for example, in the mast of an umbrella, a hammock, column, fixed plate, or another that is considered appropriate, which, in a first embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 3, consist of a screw (40) with a stop (41) at the end of its stem and a vandal nut (42) thus as at least one washer (43). This screw (40), in addition, is inserted in a straight section (25) provided for this purpose in one of the semiaros (21) of said ring (20).

In accordance with Figure 4, it can be seen how, in another embodiment, the fixing means (4) for providing the anchoring of the ring (20) to a support element (7), contemplate the incorporation of a plate (44 ) provided with a plurality of holes (45) which, also by screwing, is fixed to said ring (20) in the straight section (25) allowing, in turn, its fixation to the point or element of support that is convenient.

Finally, in figure 5 a third variant of embodiment is observed, where the fixing means (4) of the ring (20) for anchoring to a support element (7) consist of a flange (46). In any case, preferably, the mutual coupling of the ends (23, 24) of the semiaros (21) of the ring (20), is of the tongue and groove type between two ends provided with two through holes (5), which, formed by a male end (23) having a projection and a female end (24) which has a complementary recess to said projection, when said ends are coupled, their respective holes (5) are aligned, allowing the introduction, through them , of a rod, padlock or other similar security locking system.

For its part, the box (1), comprises a base (1 a) and a cover (1 b), which fit together, and which are constituted by monobloc pieces comprising the formed of them a through hole (6) that determines a handle (3), and through which the ring (20) is inserted. Preferably, said parts are of resistant plastic material obtained by molding or injection. From the aforementioned it is easily understood that the way to achieve this device the intended anti-theft security will be, first, with the box closed (1) grab it by its handle (3) and close the ring (20), which will fixed to the mast of an umbrella, column, fixed plate, etc. with the aid of the appropriate fixing means (4), by means of a rod or padlock (not shown) inserted through the through holes (5) provided at the ends of said ring (20). Describing sufficiently the nature of the present invention, as well as the way of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any person skilled in the art understands its scope and the advantages that derive from it, stating that, within its essentiality, it may be carried out in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection that is sought provided that it does not alter, change or modify its fundamental principle .

Claims

1 .- ANTI-THEFT SECURITY DEVICE which, applicable to prevent theft of personal objects on the beach or other similar public spaces, and comprising a box (1) to house the objects, with a base (1 a) and a cover (1 b) that fit together, and an anchor (2) to which the handles (3) of the box are coupled preventing its opening and subtraction, is characterized in that said anchor (2) fixing the box (1) consists of a articulated, circular, square or any other ring (20) formed from two pieces or semiaros (21) joined together by one end by means of an articulated joint (22), and provided at their opposite ends with coupling means mutual (23, 24) fit to receive a closing element that ensures its union; and because the ring (20) is provided with fixing means (4) for anchoring to a support element (7).

2. ANTI-THEFT SAFETY DEVICE, according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means (4) of the ring (20) consist of a screw (40) with a stop (41) at the end of its rod and nut ( 42) vandal-proof.

3. ANTI-THEFT SAFETY DEVICE, according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means (4) comprise the incorporation of a plate (44) provided with a plurality of holes (45) which, also by screwing, is fixed to the ring (20).

4. - ANTI-THEFT SECURITY DEVICE, according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing means (4) consist of a flange (46).

ANTI-THEFT SAFETY DEVICE, according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the mutual coupling of the ends (23, 24) of the semiaros (21) of the ring (20), is tongue and groove between two ends provided with two through holes (5) which, when said ends are engaged, are aligned and closed with the help of a rod or padlock.

6. - ANTI-THEFT SAFETY DEVICE, according to claim 1, characterized in that the base (1 a) and the cover (1 b) of the box (1) are constituted by monobloc pieces comprising a through hole ( 6) that determines a handle (3).

7. - ANTI-THEFT SAFETY DEVICE, according to claim 6, characterized in that the base (1 a) and the cover (1 b) of the box (1) consist of pieces of resistant plastic material obtained by molding or injection.

8.- ANTI-THEFT SAFETY DEVICE, according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the ring (20) has, in one of the semiaros (21), a straight section (25) for coupling the fixing means ( 4).
