Abstract
Description
特許文献1では、電子機器が、電池パックの装着を検知し、装着が検知された電池パックの不具合に関する情報を検出し、検出された情報に基づき電池パックの不具合を判断し、不具合があると判断された電池パックに関する注意画像情報を表示させている。このとき、注意画像情報は、電子機器が備える表示手段に表示される。
まず、本実施の形態における情報管理システムが提供するサービスの全体像について説明する。
図2は、本開示の実施の形態1における情報提供システムの概略構成を示す図である。
実施の形態1では、電池パックがどの機器に装着されているかを表示させている。これに対し、実施の形態2では、電池パックがどの機器に装着されているかを表示させるだけでなく、電池パックの充電状態、使用状況及び寿命を表示させる。
実施の形態3では、電池パックを使用しているユーザを特定する。
実施の形態1~3では、スマートフォンなどの携帯端末で構成される表示機器が、電池パックが機器又は分電盤に装着されていることを示す情報を表示しているが、実施の形態4では、分電盤に設けられた表示部が、電池パックが機器又は分電盤に装着されていることを示す情報を表示する。
上記全ての実施の形態において説明された技術は、例えば、以下のクラウドサービスの類型において実現されうる。しかし、上記態様において説明された技術が実現されるクラウドサービスの類型はこれに限られるものでない。
図28は、サービスの類型1(自社データセンタ型クラウドサービス)における情報提供システムが提供するサービスの全体像を示す図である。本類型では、サービスプロバイダ120がグループ100から情報を取得し、ユーザに対してサービスを提供する。本類型では、サービスプロバイダ120が、データセンタ運営会社の機能を有している。すなわち、サービスプロバイダ120が、ビッグデータを管理するクラウドサーバ243を保有している。したがって、データセンタ運営会社は存在しない。
図29は、サービスの類型2(IaaS利用型クラウドサービス)における情報提供システムが提供するサービスの全体像を示す図である。ここで、IaaSとは、インフラストラクチャー・アズ・ア・サービスの略であり、コンピュータシステムを構築及び稼動させるための基盤そのものを、インターネット経由のサービスとして提供するクラウドサービス提供モデルである。
図30は、サービスの類型3(PaaS利用型クラウドサービス)における情報提供システムが提供するサービスの全体像を示す図である。ここで、PaaSとは、プラットフォーム・アズ・ア・サービスの略であり、ソフトウェアを構築及び稼動させるための土台となるプラットフォームを、インターネット経由のサービスとして提供するクラウドサービス提供モデルである。
図31は、サービスの類型4(SaaS利用型クラウドサービス)における情報提供システムが提供するサービスの全体像を示す図である。ここで、SaaSとは、ソフトウェア・アズ・ア・サービスの略である。SaaS利用型クラウドサービスは、例えば、データセンタ(クラウドサーバ)を保有しているプラットフォーム提供者が提供するアプリケーションを、データセンタ(クラウドサーバ)を保有していない会社又は個人などの利用者がインターネットなどのネットワーク経由で使用できる機能を有するクラウドサービス提供モデルである。

Claims (18)
- 機器に装着可能な電池パックの装着状況について、表示機器に情報を提供する情報提供方法であって、
前記電池パックを識別するための電池識別子及び前記電池パックが装着された前記機器を識別するための機器識別子を取得し、前記電池パックに紐付けられた表示機器に対して、前記取得した電池識別子に対応する電池パックが前記取得した機器識別子に対応する機器に装着されていることを示す情報を表示する、
情報提供方法。 - 前記電池パックが前記機器に装着されると、前記電池パックを識別するための電池識別子及び前記電池パックが装着された前記機器を識別するための機器識別子を取得する、請求項1記載の情報提供方法。
- 前記電池パックは複数の機器に接続可能である
請求項1または2に記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記複数の機器は、種別の異なる複数の機器を含む
請求項3に記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記電池パックが前記機器へ装着されると、前記電池パックに紐付けられた表示機器に対して、前記取得した電池識別子に対応する電池パックが前記取得した機器識別子に対応する機器に装着されていることを示す情報を表示する、
請求項1-4のいずれか1項に記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記表示機器に紐付けられている前記電池パックの装着状況を、前記表示機器に表示する要求を受け付けると、前記電池識別子に紐付けられた表示機器に対して、前記取得した電池識別子に対応する電池パックが前記取得した機器識別子に対応する機器に装着されていることを示す情報を表示する、
請求項1-4のいずれか1項に記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記電池パックが装着された前記機器を示す第1の画像の周辺に、前記電池パックの装着状況を示す第2の画像を表示する、
請求項1-6のいずれか1項に記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記電池パックが装着された前記機器を示す第1の画像に重畳させて、前記電池パックの装着状況を示す第2の画像を表示する、
請求項1-6のいずれか1項に記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記電池パックは複数の機器に接続可能であり、
所定の表示機器から前記複数の機器のうちの所定の機器の電池パックの装着状況を表示する要求を受け付けると、前記所定の機器に装着可能な電池パックの数及び電池パックの装着状況に関する情報を取得し、
前記取得した情報に基づいて、前記所定の機器に装着可能な電池パックの数を識別可能に表示すると共に、前記電池パックが装着されている状態と、前記電池パックが装着されていない状態とを、互いに異なる表示態様にて表示する、
請求項1-8のいずれか1項に記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記所定の表示機器から前記複数の機器のうちの所定の機器の電池パックの装着状況を表示する要求を受け付けると、前記所定の機器に装着されている全ての電池パックの電池識別子と、各々の電池パックが備える蓄電池の残量とを取得し、
前記取得した電池識別子に対応する電池パックを特定するための情報と、前記取得した電池識別子に対応する電池パックの前記残量とを併せて表示する、
請求項9記載の情報提供方法。 - 所定の表示機器から所定の世帯が所有する複数の機器の電池パックの装着状況を表示する要求を受け付けると、前記所定の世帯が所有する全ての機器のそれぞれに装着可能な電池パックの数及び電池パックの装着状況に関する情報を取得し、
前記取得した情報に基づいて、前記所定の世帯が所有する全ての機器のそれぞれに装着可能な電池パックの数を識別可能に表示すると共に、前記電池パックが装着されている状態と、前記電池パックが装着されていない状態とを、互いに異なる表示態様にて表示する、
請求項1-8のいずれか1項に記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記所定の表示機器から所定の世帯が所有する複数の機器の電池パックの装着状況を表示する要求を受け付けると、前記所定の世帯が所有する全ての機器の各々に装着されている全ての電池パックの電池識別子と、各々の電池パックが備える蓄電池の残量とを取得し、
前記取得した電池識別子に対応する電池パックを特定するための情報と、前記取得した電池識別子に対応する電池パックの前記残量とを併せて表示する、
請求項11記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記電池パックが前記機器へ装着された場合、前記電池パックを装着したユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別子と、前記電池パックが装着された日時を示す日時情報とをさらに取得し、
取得した前記電池識別子、前記機器識別子、前記ユーザ識別子及び前記日時情報を使用履歴として記憶し、
前記電池パックが前記機器へ装着された場合、前記使用履歴に基づいて、前記電池パックが装着された日とは異なる日の略同一の時刻において、前記装着された電池パックに紐付けられているユーザ識別子を特定し、前記取得したユーザ識別子と、前記特定したユーザ識別子とが異なる場合、前記特定したユーザ識別子に紐付けられた表示機器に対して、前記取得した電池識別子に対応する電池パックが前記取得した機器識別子に対応する機器に装着されていることを示す情報を表示する、
請求項1-12のいずれか1項に記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記電池パックが前記機器へ装着された場合、前記電池パックを装着したユーザを識別するためのユーザ識別子と、前記電池パックが装着された日時を示す日時情報とをさらに取得し、
取得した前記電池識別子、前記機器識別子、前記ユーザ識別子及び前記日時情報を使用履歴として記憶し、
前記使用履歴に基づいて、前記電池パックを使用するユーザを特定するとともに、前記電池パックを充電すべきタイミングを特定し、
前記特定したユーザに紐付けられた表示機器に対して、前記電池パックを充電すべきタイミングを表示する、
請求項1-13のいずれか1項に記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記電池パックは複数の機器に接続可能であり、
前記電池パックと、前記電池パックが装着される少なくとも1つの機器と、前記電池パックを使用するユーザとを予め対応付けたテーブルを記憶し、
前記電池パックが前記複数の機器のうちいずれかの機器へ装着された場合に、前記テーブルを参照して、前記電池パックが装着された機器が、前記電池パックのユーザに予め対応付けられている機器であるか否かを判断し、
前記電池パックが装着された機器が、前記電池パックのユーザに予め対応付けられている機器ではない場合、前記電池パックのユーザに紐付けられた表示機器に対して、前記電池パックが前記電池パックに予め対応付けられている機器に装着されていないことを示す情報を表示する、
請求項1-14のいずれか1項に記載の情報提供方法。 - 前記電池パックの現在位置を示す位置情報を取得し、
前記電池パックに紐付けられた表示機器に対して、前記取得した位置情報を表示する、請求項1-15のいずれか1項に記載の情報提供方法。 - 機器に装着可能な電池パックの装着状況に基づいて、表示機器に情報を提供する情報提供装置であって、
前記電池パックを識別するための電池識別子及び前記電池パックが装着された前記機器を識別するための機器識別子を取得する取得部と、
前記電池パックに紐付けられた表示機器に対して、前記取得した電池識別子に対応する電池パックが前記取得した機器識別子に対応する機器に装着されていることを示す情報を表示するように制御する制御部と、
を備える情報提供装置。 - 機器に装着可能な電池パックであって、
前記機器に装着されたことを検知する検知部と、
前記検知部によって検知されると、前記電池パックを識別するための電池識別子及び前記電池パックが装着された前記機器を識別するための機器識別子を取得する取得部と、
前記電池識別子及び前記機器識別子を外部装置へ送信する送信部と、
を備える電池パック。
