Abstract

The present invention relates to a hydrothermal decomposition method and apparatus for producing organic liquid in the range of diesel fuel from biomass or other organic matter. More particularly the invention relates to a catalytic assisted fast hydrothermal decomposition method comprising a system for the preparation of the feed and an innovative method for transferring the energy to the reaction mixture.
