Abstract

The invention relates to a device for fixing at least one suture thread in bone, said suture thread being able to be connected to at least one soft tissue, said device comprising at least one anchoring element (2) with a continuous inner bore, and at least one pin (20) designed so as to be able to pass through and slide axially within the inner bore of the anchoring element, characterized in that it comprises at least one reamer (30), and in that the pin (20) comprises a shank (22) designed to be able to pass through and slide axially within the inner bore of the reamer, and a head (24) designed to be able to penetrate the bone and entrain said suture thread in a movement in at least a distal direction, and to be able to free said suture thread in at least a proximal direction, counter to said distal direction.
