Claims (10)
- 제 1 두께를 가진 제 1 플레이트부(plate portion);제 1 두께와 동일한 제 2 두께를 가지며, 제 1 플레이트부에 대해 전반적으로 평행하게 연장되어 있는 제 2 플레이트부; 및제 1 및 제 2 플레이트부에 결합된 제 1 진동 감쇠부(dampening portion)로서, 진동의 일부가 제 2 플레이트부를 통해 상기 제 1 진동 감쇠부로 전달될 때 제 1 플레이트부에서 유도된 진동이 약화되도록, 상기 제 1 두께보다 큰 제 3 두께를 가진 제 1 진동 감쇠부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈의 상호 연결 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 진동 감쇠부는 제 3 및 제 4 플레이트부로 구성되어 있고, 상기 제 4 플레이트부의 표면이 제 3 플레이트부의 표면과 접촉하도록 제 4 플레이트부가 절곡되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 연결 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 두께와 동일한 제 4 두께를 가지며, 제 2 플레이트부에 대해 전반적으로 평행하게 연장되어 있는 제 3 플레이트부; 및제 2 및 제 3 플레이트부에 결합된 제 2 진동 감쇠부로서, 진동의 일부가 제 2 플레이트부를 통해 제 3 플레이트부로 전달될 때 제 2 플레이트부에서 유도된 진동이 약화되도록, 상기 제 2 두께보다 큰 제 5 두께를 가진 제 2 진동 감쇠부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 연결 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 진동 감쇠부는 제 2 플레이트부의 대향 단부에 연결되고, 상기 제 2 진동 감쇠부는 제 1 진동 감쇠부와 평행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 연결 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 3 두께는 상기 제 1 두께의 적어도 2배의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 연결 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 플레이트부, 제 2 플레이트부, 및 제 1 진동 감쇠부는 각각 전기적 전기 전도성 물질로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 연결 부재.
- 적어도 제 1 단자를 가진 제 1 전지셀;적어도 제 2 단자를 가진 제 2 전지셀; 및상호 연결 부재;를 포함하며,상기 상호 연결 부재는,제 1 두께를 가진 제 1 플레이트부;제 1 두께와 동일한 제 2 두께를 가지며, 제 1 플레이트부에 대해 전반적으로 평행하게 연장되어 있는 제 2 플레이트부; 및제 1 및 제 2 플레이트부에 결합된 제 1 진동 감쇠부로서, 진동의 일부가 제 2 플레이트부를 통해 상기 제 1 진동 감쇠부로 전달될 때 제 1 플레이트부에서 유도된 진동이 약화되도록, 상기 제 1 두께보다 큰 제 3 두께를 가진 제 1 진동 감쇠부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 두께를 가진 제 1 플레이트부;제 1 두께와 동일한 제 2 두께를 가지며, 제 1 플레이트부에 대해 전반적으로 평행하게 연장되어 있는 제 2 플레이트부;제 1 두께와 동일한 제 3 두께를 가지며, 제 2 플레이트부에 대해 전반적으로 평행하게 연장되어 있는 제 3 플레이트부; 및제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 플레이트부에 대해 일반적으로 수직으로 배열된 제 1 및 제 2 진동 감쇠부로서, 상기 제 1 진동 감쇠부는 제 1 플레이트부와 제 2 진동 감쇠부에 결합되어 있고, 상기 제 2 진동 감쇠부는 제 2 플레이트부와 제 3 플레이트부에 결합되어 있으며, 상기 제 2 감쇠부는, 진동의 일부가 제 1 진동 감쇠부 및 제 2 진동 감쇠부를 통해 제 2 플레이트부로 전달될 때 제 1 플레이트부에서 유도된 진동이 약화되도록, 제 1 두께보다 큰 제 4 두께를 가진 제 1 및 제 2 진동 감쇠부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈의 상호 연결 부재.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 제 4 두께는 제 1 두께의 적어도 4배의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 상호 연결 부재.
- 적어도 제 1 단자를 가진 제 1 전지셀;적어도 제 2 단자를 가진 제 2 전지셀;적어도 제 3 단자를 가진 제 3 전지셀; 및상호 연결 부재;를 포함하고 있으며,상기 상호 연결 부재는,제 1 두께를 가지고 상기 제 1 단자와 용접되어 있는 제 1 플레이트부;제 1 두께와 동일한 제 2 두께를 가지고, 상기 제 2 단자와 용접되어 있으며, 제 1 플레이트부에 대해 전반적으로 평행하게 연장되어 있는 제 2 플레이트부;제 1 두께와 동일한 제 3 두께를 가지고, 상기 제 3 단자와 용접되어 있으며, 제 2 플레이트부에 대해 전반적으로 평행하게 연장되어 있는 제 3 플레이트부; 및제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 플레이트부에 결합된 제 1 및 제 2 진동 감쇠부로서, 상기 제 1 진동 감쇠부는 제 1 플레이트부와 제 2 진동 감쇠부에 결합되어 있고, 상기 제 2 진동 감쇠부는 제 2 플레이트부와 제 3 플레이트부에 결합되어 있으며, 상기 제 2 감쇠부는, 진동의 일부가 상기 제 1 진동 감쇠부 및 제 2 진동 감쇠부를 통해 제 2 플레이트부로 전달될 때 제 1 플레이트부에서 유도된 진동이 약화되도록, 제 1 두께보다 큰 제 4 두께를 가진 제 1 및 제 2 진동 감쇠부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
