Abstract
Invention is a camouflage net which has a possibility of usage in two-way, and protective against night vision, thermal and radar detections.
Description
A CAMOUFLAGE NET HAVING TWO-WAY USAGE POSSIBILITY
Technical Field
This invention is related to the nets which will be used as camouflage.
The invention is especially related to the camouflage nets which make two- way usage possible, lighter and have the possibility of more vision.
Prior Art
Currently, for tank, weapons, military vessels and various ammo, to be protected from various detection systems, they have to be covered with camouflage cover and they should be kept in a stable place. Those camouflage webs are 2 dimensional (it means it is made of one layer) or 3 dimensional (made of at least two layers) fabrics. The biggest advantage of 2 dimensional fabrics is that they don't stuck, they are easily founded and gathered, and they cover less space. 3 dimensional camouflage nets is produced by sewing a layer on another or by the attachment of one layer on another.
In the products belonging to the prior art, in the 3 dimensional camouflage webs the fabric on it is provided to be in parts. And while this is happening the parts in a specific length are causing some stuck and as their body is big it causes some stocking problems. As its resistance is low it could easily torn in the process of use. They move in the wind and make noise. They are hard to be set. Their thermal specialties are good but radar protection level is insufficient. Besides, current products ( 3 dimensional) can color only one surface of the fabric.
As a result the need for a camouflage nets which can be used in two-way, lighter and has a more vision and the insufficiency of current solutions, makes it obligatory to make developments in the related technical field.
Aim of the Invention
The one aim of the invention produced to omit the disadvantages of the prior art, is that it can make two-way coloring.
Another aim of the invention is that it is light.
One another aim of the invention is that its resistance is high. Another aim of the invention is that it doesn't stuck as suitably in the circumstances of the environment.
Another aim of the invention, is that thermal and hiding specialty against radar is higher.
Another aim of the invention is that outside is easily seen from the inside. Another aim of the invention is that it provides a silent use. Another aim of the invention is that it is a protective against night vision devices.
In order to provide the advantages above,
- External layer produced with preferably knitting method textile, knitting or non-knitted surface which include radar absorbing material RAM, metal components or conductive polymers, components including titanium dioxide or components infrared wave absorbers or atropine or components which include wave absorbers,
- A mid-layer covered with metal components which can remove thermal heat and radar waves such as nickel, copper, silver, aluminum, gold; radar absorbing material RAM or conductive polymer, light and transparent
Internal layer produced with knitting method textile, knitting or non-knitted surface which include radar absorbing material, metal components or conductive polymers, components which include titanium dioxide or components which include infrared wave absorbing or atropine or components which absorb electromagnetic wave (3), (internal layer and external layer are the same fabric)
This is a camouflage web which has a possibility of two-way usage of the mentioned layers (1 , 2, 3) are combined with the method preferably quilted.
The structural and characteristic specialties and advantages of the invention can be better understood with the figures and the detailed explanation given in below and thanks to this the assessment should be made considering those figures and detailed explanations.
Description of Figures
Figure 1 is a layer perspective belonging to the invention.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention is a camouflage system which includes an external layer (1) a mid- layer (2) and an internal layer (3) which provides camouflage function to be used in military vessels.
In the Figure 1 the perspectives of the layers (1 , 2, 3) which belong to the invention are given. According the Figure; external Layer (1); has a specialty of absorbing and sprinkling radar waves which is also named as multi- spectral camouflage net. External layer (1 ) provides at the same time not to be seen by the night vision systems and is a knitted fabric which has a structure of a perforated preferably checkers board seem. Thanks to the tissue structure the specialty of not detecting by radar is high. Radar absorbing material is used (e.g. carbon nanotube, carbonyl ferried, graft and components). To increase the specialty of preventing the radar detections metal components or conductive polymers are used. To prevent night vision components including titanium dioxide or components including infrared wave absorber or atropine or components which include electromagnetic wave absorber. Paint print which can give visually appearance of camouflage is used. To provide those specialties with the combination of mentioned chemicals and materials external layer (1) is brought out. Inflammability, anti- bacterial, insect expelling specialties can be gathered.
As it can be seen from Figure 1 , there is a mid/ middle layer (2). The mentioned mid- layer covered with metal components which can remove thermal heat and radar waves such as nickel, copper, silver, aluminum, gold; radar absorbing material RAM or conductive polymer, light and transparent. Internal layer produced with knitting method textile, knitting or non-knitted surface which include radar absorbing material, metal components or conductive polymers, components which include titanium dioxide or components which include infrared wave absorbing or atropine or components which absorb electromagnetic wave. Mid- Layer (2) is light.
As it can also be seen in Figure 1 ; there is an internal layer (3). Internal layer (3) and external layer (1 ) are produced with the same fabric. Only the color and figure of the internal layer (3) is different from external layer (1 ). So it can be used in two-way. 3 layers mentioned above (1 , 2, 3) can be sewed or laminated by putting on and on.
What is important is that external and internal layers (1 , 3) have the specialties and on account of that it has two-way usage possibility. External and internal layers (1 , 3) are not produced in pieces like 3 dimensional hiding webs and thanks to its formation in one fabric it omits the making noise in the wind and stuck in the process of setting.
Combined 3 layers (1 , 2, 3) can be used in piece by cutting after the sewing or laminating of the layers. The heat of the vehicle is spread easily with the air trespassing in the cutting places and the specialty of not detecting by thermal camera can increase. Besides cut areas form a 3 dimensional appearance and add to the covering in the forest (as it will look like a leaf) zone. Thanks to the used material making noise can be prevented.
The invention has a product totality thanks to the fact that the three layers (1 , 2, 3) which belong to the product which is a subject to the invention is sewed with quilted method. All the three layers (1 , 2, 3) could be knitting or thin textile. Both external and internal layers (1 , 3) have preferably perforated (porous) structure and its surface with camouflage has a specialty preventing radar waves. If desired only 1st layer and 3rd layer can be used in combination.
Camouflage web which is a subject to the invention provides the outside to be seen easily from inside. Its porous structure supports thermal and radar protective specialty. External layer (1 ) and internal layer (3) have the same specialties and thanks to this it provides two-way usage. In various areas external layer (1) and internal layer (3) different camouflage figures can be made. Thanks to this production expenses decrease and storage is reduced. It is provided that one product is supplied for two different environments.
