Abstract
This method intended for management of a zone provides for an operator to be furnished with a navigation system integrating at one and the same time GPS positioning means (12), a viewing screen (10) making it possible to display a map, means of information entry, and a memory (14) in which the coordinates of geographical points, termed marked points, are recorded in association with the level of integrity of said coordinates. It comprises the following steps: a) selection of a stored marked point, b) recording of the coordinates of a current position in a buffer memory at the request of an operator, c) recording of information on the integrity of the coordinates provided, and d) comparison of the level of integrity of the stored marked point and of the level of integrity of the current position, and updating in the memory (14) for said marked point of the coordinates and of the corresponding level of integrity.
