Description

CESTA PARA LA COMPRA
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una cesta de las comúnmente utilizadas para Ia compra en autoservicios y/o supermercados, del tipo de las que son apilables e incorporan ruedas o medios de rodadura en su base y un asa extensible o telescópica de tracción en una de sus caras.
Más concretamente, Ia presente invención tiene por objeto una cesta cuya estructura permita al usuario Ia posibilidad de desplazamiento bien de forma inclinada o bien de forma paralela al suelo según sus necesidades. Igualmente, permite que Ia superficie de venta, supermercado os similar elija fácilmente y sin coste adicional qué forma de transporte prefiere para sus cestas en cualquier momento, horizontal, vertical o ambas y el número de ruedas con las que dotar a éstas.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Existen en el mercado diferentes tipos de cestas destinadas a su utilización en supermercados o autoservicios como medios para que los clientes transporten los productos hasta las cajas en donde se efectúa el pago.
Estas cestas se presentan como alternativa a los típicos carros metálicos, los cuales en ocasiones no son adecuados, ya sea por el número de artículos que van a comprarse o bien porque las características del establecimiento hacen imposible Ia circulación de dichos carros. Así, las cestas usadas normalmente consisten en unos recipientes, apilables, generalmente de plástico resistente, a las que se las dota de una o varias asas que permiten al usuario trasportarlas por el local e ir introduciendo los artículos en Ia misma.
Últimamente han aparecido cestas que, siendo igualmente apilables además, cuentan con ruedas y un asa de tracción que permiten mover las mismas fácilmente, desplazándolas por el suelo del establecimiento.
Dentro de este tipo de cestas existen dos tipos. Concretamente, uno es de las cestas que son desplazadas de forma horizontal al suelo como es el caso de, por ejemplo, Ia mostrada en el Modelo de Utilidad U 200601531 , y las que se desplazan de forma inclinada respecto al suelo como es el caso de Ia P
200402780 de este mismo solicitante.
Sin embargo, en algunas ocasiones el usuario puede desear cambiar el modo de desplazar Ia cesta, por ejemplo a medida que va llenando de artículos Ia misma. Así, mientras Ia cesta todavía contiene pocos artículos y el peso que tiene que ser soportado es pequeño el esfuerzo de tracción al desplazarla de forma inclinada no será demasiado elevado, pero a medida que ésta va llenándose, se puede querer optar porque Ia misma apoye completamente en el suelo y se desplace de forma horizontal de forma que no se tenga que soportar ningún peso.
Incluso en algunas ocasiones es Ia propia tienda, superficie de venta o supermercado Ia que debido a problemas de espacio prefiere que las cestas sean llevadas por los usuarios de forma paralela al suelo en lugar de inclinada por ocupar de esta última forma un mayor área.
Las cestas conocidas no permiten el cambio en el modo de desplazamiento antes mencionado.
Por otro lado, las cestas que incorporan ruedas suelen hacerlo con carácter definitivo, por Io que su retirada para el mantenimiento o substitución suele ser complicada y laboriosa.
De esta forma las superficies de venta tales como los supermercados, los cuales son los ponen dichas cestas a disposición del público, deben elegir de inicio qué tipo de cestas van a ser usadas por sus clientes, o comprar de los dos tipos, Io que supone un mayor costo y una superficie de almacenaje para las cestas mayor.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La cesta para Ia compra que propone Ia presente invención resuelve de manera eficaz los inconvenientes antes mencionados, pues posibilita por un lado que Ia cesta pueda desplazarse bien de forma horizontal, paralela al suelo, o bien de forma inclinada. Por otro lado, gracias a su estructura para el ensamblado de las ruedas posibilita Ia fácil y cómoda sustitución de las mismas, bien para limitar el uso de Ia cesta a uno de los dos tipos antes mencionados o bien para sustituir y/o reparar o limpiar las ruedas para labores de mantenimiento, estéticas, funcionales, etc.
Para ello Ia cesta de Ia invención se estructura apilable formada a partir de una pieza base, un asa extensible o telescópica de tracción en una de sus caras y cuatro alojamientos para ruedas en las esquinas inferiores de Ia pieza base, pudiendo insertarse de forma intercambiable dos o cuatro ruedas en dichos alojamientos.
Dicha cesta se adapta por tanto fácilmente a diversos usos finales sin necesidad de ninguna modificación adicional, por ejemplo a Ia inserción de dos ruedas fijas para el uso de Ia cesta para Ia compra de forma inclinada o en modo "trolley", a Ia inserción de dos ruedas fijas y dos "locas" que permiten un giro de 360Q o bien de cuatro ruedas "locas" que permiten un giro de 360Q para su uso indistinto de forma inclinada u horizontal respecto al suelo.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar Ia descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, de acuerdo con un ejemplo preferente de realización práctica del mismo, se acompaña como parte integrante de dicha descripción, un juego de dibujos en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado Io siguiente:
La figura 1.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva de Ia parte inferior de una cesta de Ia presente invención, en donde se muestran los cuatro alojamientos para las ruedas.
La figura 2.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva y un detalle de Ia parte inferior de Ia cesta de Ia figura 1 en Ia que se incorporan cuatro ruedas que permiten el giro 360Q.
La figura 3.- Muestra una vista en perspectiva de Ia parte inferior de una cesta para Ia compra según una posible realización de Ia invención en donde los alojamientos coexisten con ruedas del tipo de las que se integran dentro de Ia estructura de Ia cesta.
La figura 4.- Muestra una vista de las dos posibles formas de utilización de Ia cesta de Ia invención, una paralela al suelo y otra de forma inclinada.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A Ia vista de las figuras reseñadas, puede observarse como Ia cesta apilable de Ia invención se estructura básicamente a partir de una pieza base
(1 ) que forma Ia cesta propiamente dicha y un asa extensible o telescópica de tracción en una de sus caras (7).
Tal y como puede verse en las figuras, especialmente en Ia 1 , en Ia cara inferior de dicha pieza base (1 ), y preferentemente en correspondencia con las esquinas de Ia misma comprende cuatro alojamientos (2) en los cuales de forma cómoda y sencilla podrán incorporarse de forma intercambiable por clipado, machihembrado, ajuste forzado o mediante cualquier sistema de sujeción conocido las correspondientes ruedas (3) bien del tipo de las denominadas "locas", es decir, que permiten el giro 360Q y por Io tanto directrices, o de las fijas sin libertad de giro.
Según una posible realización, mostrada en las figuras 2 y 4, en cada uno de dichos alojamientos (2) se inserta una rueda (3) de las que permiten el giro 360Q o "locas", Io que permitirá que Ia cesta sea desplazada de forma horizontal, es decir, con las cuatro ruedas (3) en contacto con dicho suelo, o bien inclinando dicha cesta sobre las ruedas (3) situadas en el plano más cercano al del asa de tracción, que permitirá el desplazamiento de forma inclinada.
Así, en el caso de que se desee contar únicamente con un par de ruedas (3) y que Ia cesta se desplace de forma inclinada, bastará con retirar las ruedas más alejadas del plano de Ia citada asa de tracción.
Según otra posible realización de Ia invención mostrada en Ia figura 3, Ia cesta de Ia invención podrá formarse incluso con Ia combinación de otro tipo de ruedas (4) como las mostradas en dicha figura, del tipo de las que se integran más dentro de Ia estructura de Ia cesta, las cuales podrán coexistir con los alojamientos (2) o incluso con ruedas (3) montadas sobre los alojamientos ya que al ser estas últimas de mayor altura dejarían sin efecto las citadas ruedas (4).
En las figuras se aprecia también como, según una posible realización, Ia cara inferior de Ia pieza base (1 ) de Ia cesta dispone de al menos un apoyo (5) que sirve, como su propio nombre indica, para apoyar Ia cesta sobre el suelo en el caso en el que sólo se monten dos ruedas (3).
Para un mayor control de Ia cesta, las ruedas (3) son susceptibles de incorporar un dispositivo de freno (no mostrado en las figuras) para evitar que Ia cesta se deslice involuntariamente cuando se usa en rampas o escaleras mecánicas móviles.
Por último, según otra posible realización de Ia invención, en Ia cara inferior de Ia pieza base (1 ) pueden realizarse orificios (6) para el desalojo de Ia suciedad cuando las cestas se encuentran apiladas unas sobre otras.
Aún otra posible realización de Ia invención se muestra en las figuras 5, 6 y 7, Ia cual consiste en proveer a Ia cesta de Ia invención con carriles de rodadura (8) situados en su cara anterior y posterior de forma que se facilite Ia introducción de una cesta en otra durante su apilamiento.
Más concretamente, y tal y como puede verse en las figuras, Ia cesta cuenta con los habituales orificios (9) practicados en todas sus caras que además de aligerar el material proporcionan salidas de evacuación del agua utilizado durante las operaciones de limpieza.
Sin embargo, puede suceder que durante Ia operación de apilamiento las columnas de orificios (9) de Ia cesta inferior que estén en correspondencia con las ruedas (3) de Ia cesta superior supongan una traba en Ia introducción de dichas ruedas (3), impidiendo o dificultando el deslizamiento de Ia cesta superior en Ia inferior y por Io tanto el apilamiento.
Tal y como se aprecia en Ia figura 7, dichos carriles de rodadura (8) libres de orificios (9) eliminan por Io tanto esa posibilidad, además de orientar las ruedas (3), capaces de girar libremente, de forma que se sitúen hacia dentro de Ia cesta de forma que Ia cesta superior pueda descender hasta el fondo, es decir, apilarse sobre Ia inferior completamente y sin espacios muertos entre ambas.

Claims

R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S
1.- Cesta para Ia compra que comprende una pieza base (1 ) que forma Ia cesta propiamente dicha, un asa extensible o telescópica de tracción en una de sus caras, caracterizada porque en Ia cara inferior dicha pieza base
(1 ) comprende cuatro alojamientos (2) para acoplar ruedas (3) de forma intercambiable.
2.- Cesta para Ia compra según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque Ia cara inferior de Ia pieza base (1 ) dispone de al menos un apoyo (5).
3.- Cesta para Ia compra según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque comprende cuatro ruedas del tipo de las que permiten el giro 360Q.
4.- Cesta para Ia compra según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizada porque comprende dos ruedas del tipo de las que permiten el giro 360Q situadas en los alojamientos (2) más cercanos al que contiene el asa de tracción.
5.- Cesta para Ia compra según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque las ruedas (3) incorporan un dispositivo de freno para evitar que Ia cesta se deslice involuntariamente.
6.- Cesta para Ia compra según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque Ia cara inferior de Ia pieza base (1 ) comprende orificios (6) para el desalojo de Ia suciedad cuando las cestas se encuentran apiladas unas sobre otras.
7.- Cesta para Ia compra según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque comprende carriles de rodadura (8) libres de orificios (9) situados en su cara anterior y posterior para facilitar Ia introducción de una cesta en otra durante el apilamiento.
