Abstract

Methods of performing direct stock market transactions and an assistance system for performing such methods. One method for performing a direct stock market transaction comprises the following steps: identifying a direct stock market transaction (301 ) of a particular instrument; checking the Book (302) for said instrument; and transforming the direct transaction into an auction (303) when said instrument does not appear in the Book; inserting a buying and selling offer (304) of said direct instrument in the Book; and concluding the operation (305) at the end of the auction.
