爬行运动确实是一种较好的运动健身方法。 然而, 由于爬行运动受到场地的限制, 运动力度也难以调节控制, 尤其在室外爬行时, 如果没有很好的保护, 还可能会对手脚 膝盖等造成伤害。
目前绝大部分健身器材的设计都是以人体直立或坐式的状态下来使用为基础的, 如 目前流行的跑步机, 椭圆机, 划船机等。 这类在人体直立状态下使用的健身器材是无法 消除和克服人类直立行走和运动对人类身体本身所产生的上述不足和弊端的。 虽然, 也 出现了一些人体俯卧状态下使用的健身器材, 如俯卧撑健身器, 轮式俯卧健身器(中国 专利号 CN200610074574.9 ) 等。 这些健身器械主要是用作力量训练的, 并且不能在俯 卧状态下让四肢进行动作协调的运动和对身体的腰腹部或下肢部分进行不同运动量的 锻炼。 尤其不适于那些年老体弱者, 上肢残障人士更无法使用。 最近, 英国发明人津努 尔-艾哈迈托夫的专利"心血管脊柱锻炼器" (专利号 CN1618488A, GB0326735.8 ) 提供 了一种能让使用者躺在 (或趴在)其上四肢能协调一致地运动的健身器械, 但其所提供 的运动动作与爬行动作相去甚远, 四肢只是作一定弧度的摆动而已。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能实现类似于动物的爬行动作的俯卧式爬行健身器。 本发明提供的这种俯卧式爬行健身器包括上肢支承和左右脚滑板, 轨道装置, 滑轮 绳索装置, 其中: 左右脚滑板均装有滚轮; 轨道装置包括两个互相平行的左右轨道及轨 道支架, 左右轨道安装在轨道支架上, 离地面相距一段距离, 上肢支承安装在左右轨道 或轨道支架上;左右脚滑板安装在左右轨道上,通过所述滚轮能分别在左右轨道上滑移; 滑轮绳索装置包括滑轮及绳索, 所述滑轮安装在轨道装置上, 绳索绕在所述滑轮上, 至 少将左右脚滑板连接在一起。
本发明提供的这种俯卧式爬行健身器的第一实施例包括上肢支承和左右脚滑板, 轨 道装置, 滑轮绳索装置, 其中:
所述上肢支承包括左右手滑板和安装在左右手滑板上的滚轮,所述左右手滑板分别 安装在左右轨道上, 通过滚轮能在所述左右轨道上滑移; 滑轮绳索装置的绳索将左右手 滑板和左右脚滑板连接在一起, 使所述左右手滑板和左右脚滑板能在左右轨道上同相或 以相反的方向前后交替移动。
本发明提供的这种俯卧式爬行健身器的第二实施例包括上肢支承和左右脚滑板, 轨 道装置, 滑轮绳索装置, 其中:
所述上肢支承包括上肢支撑架、 左右肘支撑板和左右手握持杆, 上肢支撑架安装在 轨道装置上, 左右肘支撑板和左右手握持杆安装在上肢支撑架上且位于左右轨道上方, 所述滑轮绳索装置的绳索将左右脚滑板连接起来, 使所述左右脚滑板能在左右轨道上前 后交替移动。
本发明提供的这种俯卧式爬行健身器的第三实施例包括上肢支承和左右脚滑板, 轨 道装置, 滑轮绳索装置, 其中:
所述上肢支承包括左右手滑板、 上肢支撑架、 左右肘支撑板和左右手握持杆, 上肢 支撑架安装在轨道装置上,左右肘支撑板和左右手握持杆安装在上肢支撑架上且位于左 右轨道上方, 所述左右手滑板上分别装有滚轮, 通过滚轮左右手滑板分别可滑移地装在 左右轨道上; 所述滑轮绳索装置的绳索绕在所述滑轮上, 将左右手滑板和左右脚滑板连 接在一起, 使所述左右手滑板和左右脚滑板能在左右轨道上同相或以相反的方向前后交 替移动。
本发明提供的这种俯卧式爬行健身器的第二和第三实施例中所述滑轮绳索装置中 的滑轮包括至少两个前滑轮, 安装在左右轨道的前端, 至少两个后滑轮, 安装在左右轨 道的后端, 至少四个中部滑轮, 安装在右左轨道的中部, 其中至少两个中部滑轮同轴安 装。
本发明提供的这种俯卧式爬行健身器包括一可调节运动力度的阻尼装置。
本发明能让使用者的脊柱在正常的生理解剖结构和正常的受力状态下, 即处于自由 和放松的 S形水平位置, 四肢朝下的俯卧状态下使用, 能实现类似于动物的爬行动作, 运动力度可自由调节, 适合于各种体质和不同年龄的使用者, 甚至是上肢残障人士, 并 且可重点对身体的腰腹部, 骨盆或下肢部分进行不同运动量锻炼。

具体实施方式
下面通过最佳实施例结合附图对本发明爬行健身器进一步说明。
本实施方式的具体结构参见图 3-图 9
从图 3-图 5可以看出本发明包括上肢支承 1和左右脚滑板 3、 4, 轨道装置 2, 滑轮 绳索装置 5。 其中:
轨道装置 2包括左轨道 21、 右轨道 22、 轨道支架 23, 该轨道支架由左轨道支撑板 211 , 212, 213 , 214, 215 , 和右轨道支撑板 221, 222, 223 , 224, 225与前横杆 236, 中横杆 237, 后横杆 238和中横桥支承板 239连接而成, 左轨道 21和右轨道 22平行安 装在轨道支架 23上。
左右脚滑板 3、 4内各装有 4对带凸边的滚轮 (左脚滑板内装的四对滚轮 31, 右脚 滑板内装的四对滚轮 41 ), 两脚滑板均通过相应的滚轮安装在左右轨道 21、 22上, 以确 保左右脚滑板 3、 4能在轨道上前后自由滑动而不至于脱离轨道。 所述脚滑板的前部还 装有带软衬的膝垫 32、 42, 各膝垫 32、 42高于其脚滑板面板, 并且与脚滑板面板形成 一个夹角 a (见图 9), 脚滑板后部装有脚蹬 33、 43, 脚蹬位置可以根据使用者下肢的长 短进行调节。 参阅图 3, 4, 所述左右脚滑板 3, 4后部各装有一个止块 7, 同时, 在左 轨道 21和右轨道 22的后部也各装有一个止块 8, 两脚滑板向后滑动时止块 7碰到止块 8从而起到限位的作用, 止块的位置也可以前后调节, 从而调节脚滑板的行程。
上肢支承 1的结构决定了本发明爬行健身器是全身爬行运动还是上肢静止下肢爬行 运动。 下面给出了三种实施方式:
实施方式一、 当采用全身爬行运动时 (参见图 1 ), 上肢支承 1包括一左手滑板 11 和一右手滑板 12,每个手滑板内各装有三对带凸边的滚轮(左手滑板内的三对滚轮 111、 右手滑板内的三对滚轮 121 ), 两对装在道轨上方, 一对装在道轨下方。 左右手滑板 11、 12上分别装有带软衬的握手杆 112、 122, 供使用者握手之用。
此时应采用与之配套的滑轮绳索装置, 该装置的结构参见图 7和图 8, 从图中可以 看出滑轮绳索装置 5由滑轮 51和绳索 52组成, 滑轮 51包括前滑轮 511, 512, 中部滑 轮 513, 514, 515, 516, 后滑轮 517, 518, 其中中部滑轮 515, 516是一对同轴并联的 上下滑轮组。绳索 52从左轨道前部的滑轮 511开始, 穿过右轨道前部的滑轮 512, 穿过 右轨道中部的上下滑轮组的上滑轮 515, 折过来穿过左轨道中部的滑轮 514, 再穿过轨 道后部的滑轮 517, 518, 回到右轨道中部的上下滑轮组的下滑轮 516, 折过来穿过左轨 道中部的滑轮 513, 最后回到左轨道前部的滑轮 511。
参阅图 7, 图中 A, B, C, D各点分别代表左右手滑板 21, 22和左右脚滑板 3, 4, 当绳索 52上的 A点向前移动时, B点则向后移动, 同时, C点向后移动时, 而 D点则 向前移动, 这样, 不但手滑板 11, 12和脚滑板 3, 4都可以前后交叉移动, 而且手滑板 和脚滑板也可以保持同相和反相移动,这种移动的次序和相互位置使爬行动作保持协调 一致, 与动物爬行的动作基本吻合。 左右手滑板 11, 12和左右脚滑板 3, 4之间的距离 以及爬行的幅度可以通过改变各自在绳索 52上的位置来调整。
这种实施方式比较适合年轻人或体质较好的人。
实施方式二、 当采用上肢静止下肢爬行运动时(参见图 2), 上肢支承 1应包括上肢 支撑架 13、 左右肘支撑板 14和左右手握持杆 15, 上肢支撑架 13安装在轨道装置 2的 前横杆 236和中横杆 237上并位于左右轨道 21、 22之间, 所述上肢支撑架 13由一立杆 137、一连接杆 131和 U型结构的左右臂 132, 133组成,连接杆 131上开有调节孔 134, 使左右手握持杆 15可前后调节地安装在连接杆 131上, 所述 U型结构的左右臂 132, 133直立部分套在固定于中横桥支承板 239上的左右套管 238中, U型结构的另一端连 接在连接杆 131上, 左右臂 132, 133上各装有一个带软衬的肘支撑板 14, 左右臂 132, 133上开有用于调节其上下位置的调节孔 135, 立杆 137上开有用于调节连接杆 131上 下位置的调节孔 138,两者同时调节便可使整个上肢支撑架 13上下移动, 由此达到调节 左右手握持杆 15和左右肘撑板 14的高度。此时与之配套的滑轮绳索装置中只需要四个 滑轮, 两个中部滑轮和两个后部滑轮, 绳索围绕四个滑轮一周成环状, 并将左右脚滑板 连接到绳索上即可。 从图 3、 4、 5还可看出本实施方式的立杆 137上端装有微电脑程序 控制器及显示屏 9。 左右手握持杆 15上装有脉博及心跳传感器 10, 显示屏可以显示心 跳或脉搏跳动的状况。这种实施方式比较适合上肢有残疾的人或身体比较虚弱而不能作 全身爬行运动的人。
实施方式三、这是一种既能作全身爬行运动又能做上肢静止下肢爬行运动的实施方 式(参见图 1和图 2)。本实施方式中的上肢支承 1包括实施方式一和实施方式二所述上 肢支承的全部构件, 并且各构件的安装位置不变, 滑轮绳索装置 5采用实施方式一所述 的那种。
本实施方式使用时, 如果全身爬行运动感到累了可以改换上肢静止下肢爬行运动, 使上肢得到休息。 该实施方式适合各种人群锻炼。
参阅图 3, 5, 6, 可以看出上述三种实施方式的左右脚滑板 3, 4下方各装有一个阻 尼装置 6, 该阻尼装置可以是气压缸、 液压缸、 螺旋弹簧或配重。 本实施例采用的是一 气缸, 它一端固定在中横杆 237上, 而另一端固定在脚滑板下方。 脚滑板向后滑动时作 为阻尼装置 6的气缸, 其活塞杆从缸体中拉出从而获得阻力。 结合图 4可以看出, 左右 脚滑板 3, 4后部各装有一个止块 7, 同时, 在左轨道 21和右轨道 22的后部也各装有一 个止块 8, 脚滑板向后滑动时止块 7将碰到止块 8从而起到限位的作用, 止块 7、 8的位 置也可以前后调节, 从而调节脚滑板的行程。
本发明的使用方法:
首先调节:
左右手滑板之间的移动幅度和脚滑板之间的移动幅度;
软膝垫和脚蹬之间的距离;
上肢支撑架相对于轨道面的高度;
手握杆和肘支撑板之间的距离;
训练负载所需的水平。
本发明俯卧式爬行健身器是这样操作的, 使用者将手扶住前面所述上肢支撑架的左 右臂, 慢慢弯腰蹲下, 将膝部跪在上述脚滑板前部的软膝垫上, 将脚掌向后蹬在脚滑板 后部的脚蹬上; 然后将双手分别握住手滑板的握手把, 这样使用者就以一种双手和双膝 着地的四肢朝下的爬行姿势立于爬行健身器上了。 使用者将头稍稍抬起, 目视前方, 双 手和双脚前后交叉移动就可以很容易地进行动作协调的爬行运动了。如果要测试脉博及 心跳, 或者上肢需要休息, 只要下肢进行爬行运动, 可将双手离开手滑板, 握住上肢支 撑架前方带传感器的手握杆, 将双肘靠在上肢支撑架的左右肘支撑板上, 这时, 使用者 的上半身实际上是俯卧于 (或趴在)上肢支撑架上, 只要让双脚前后交叉移动就可以专 门对腰腹部, 骨盆和下肢进行重点锻炼了。 这种下肢爬行的姿势尤其适合那些上肢无力 支撑身体的年老体弱者, 或者那些需要重点锻炼腰腹部, 骨盆和下肢部分的使用者, 甚 至是上肢残障人士。
本发明的爬行健身器的健身效果:
使用本发明的爬行健身器进行锻炼时, 由于脊柱处于自由和放松的 s形水平状态, 颈椎、 胸椎, 腰椎恢复到了正常的生理解剖结构位置, 加上四肢协调一致的动作, 使用 者可以获得一些独特的健身效果:
使脊柱得到完全的锻炼, 增加了脊柱的柔韧性, 伸展性和平衡性, 这样一来可以达 到预防和治疗腰肌劳损、 坐骨神经痛, 颈椎病和腰椎病等脊柱相关疾病的目的;
改善大脑的血液供应,提高大脑有氧含量,消除脑疲劳,有易于大脑的休息和健康, 不仅令人头脑清醒, 还能使人耳聪目明, 腿脚灵活, 对脑力劳动者的好处十分明显。 特 别对于脑部供血不足、 动脉硬化等心脑血管疾病具有预防和辅助治疗的功效;
有助于下肢的血液返回心脏, 可较好的预防下肢静脉曲张和痔疮的发生; 加大了肺活量, 心肺功能得到了加强;
可剌激大脑, 阻止和延缓脑细胞的退化过程, 对预防老年痴呆症十分有益。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种卧式爬行健身器, 其特征在于它包括上肢支承(1 )和左右脚滑板(3、 4), 轨道装置 (2), 滑轮绳索装置 (5), 其中:
左右脚滑板 (3、 4) 均装有滚轮 (31、 41 );
轨道装置 (2 ) 包括两个互相平行的左右轨道 (21、 22) 及轨道支架 (23), 左右轨 道 (21、 22) 安装在轨道支架 (23) 上, 离地面相距一段距离, 上肢支承 (1 ) 安装在 左右轨道 (21、 22) 或轨道支架 (23) 上; 左右脚滑板 (3、 4) 安装在左右轨道 (21、 22) 上, 通过所述滚轮能分别在左右轨道 (21、 22) 上滑移;
滑轮绳索装置(5)包括滑轮(51 )及绳索(52), 所述滑轮安装在轨道装置(2)上, 绳索 (52) 绕在所述滑轮上, 至少将左右脚滑板 (3、 4) 连接在一起。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的卧式爬行健身器, 其特征在于上肢支承 (1 )包括左右手 滑板 (11、 12 ) 和安装在左右手滑板上的滚轮 (111、 121 ), 所述左右手滑板分别安装 在左右轨道 (21、 22) 上, 通过滚轮 (111、 121 ) 能在所述左右轨道上滑移; 滑轮绳索 装置 (5) 的绳索 (52) 将左右手滑板 (11、 12) 和左右脚滑板 (3、 4) 连接在一起。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的卧式爬行健身器, 其特征在于上肢支承 (1 )包括上肢支 撑架 (13)、 左右肘支撑板 (14) 和左右手握持杆 (15), 上肢支撑架 (13) 安装在轨道 装置 (2) 上, 左右肘支撑板 (14) 和左右手握持杆 (15) 安装在上肢支撑架 (13 ) 上 且位于左右轨道 (21、 22) 上方, 所述滑轮绳索装置的绳索将左右脚滑板 (3、 4)连接 起来。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的卧式爬行健身器, 其特征在于上肢支承 (1 )包括左右手 滑板 (11、 12 )、 上肢支撑架 (13)、 左右肘支撑板 (14) 和左右手握持杆 (15 ), 上肢 支撑架 (13) 安装在轨道装置 (2) 上, 左右肘支撑板 (14) 和左右手握持杆 (15 ) 安 装在上肢支撑架 (13) 上且位于左右轨道 (21、 22) 上方, 所述左右手滑板 (11、 12) 上分别装有滚轮 (111、 121 ), 通过滚轮 (111、 121 ) 左右手滑板 (11、 12) 分别可滑 移地装在左右轨道 (21、 22) 上; 所述滑轮绳索装置的绳索 (52) 绕在所述滑轮上, 将 左右手滑板 (11、 12) 和左右脚滑板 (3、 4) 连接在一起。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的俯卧式爬行健身器, 其特征在于左右手滑板 (11、 12) 装有带软衬的握手把。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的俯卧式爬行健身器, 其特征在于左右脚滑板 (3、 4) 前 部装有带软衬的膝垫 (32、 42), 后部装有位置可以前后调节的脚蹬 (33、 43)。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的俯卧式爬行健身器, 其特征在于所述滑轮绳索装置 (5 ) 中的滑轮 (51 ) 包括至少两个前滑轮 (511、 512), 安装在左右轨道的前端, 至少两个 后滑轮(517、 518),安装在左右轨道的后端, 至少四个中部滑轮(513、 514、 515、 516), 安装在右左轨道的中部, 其中至少两个中部滑轮 (515、 516 ) 同轴安装, 滑轮绳索装置 的绳索 (52 ) 绕在所述滑轮上, 将左右手滑板 (11、 12 ) 和左右脚滑板 (3、 4) 连接在 一起, 使所述左右手滑板在左右轨道上前后交替移动, 同时使所述左右脚滑板能在左右 轨道上前后交替移动。
8、 根据权利要求 5-7之一所述的俯卧式爬行健身器, 其特征在于所述上肢支撑架 上开有多个供左右肘支撑板(14)和左右手握持杆(15 )调节前后位置的调节孔(134), 所述上肢支撑架上开有多个用于调节左右肘支撑板(14)和左右手握持杆 (15 ) 高度的 调节孔 (135、 138)。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的卧式爬行健身器, 其特征在于所述左右脚滑板 (3、 4) 各连接有一个阻力可调的阻尼装置 (6), 该阻尼装置可以是气压缸装置, 液压缸装置, 螺旋弹簧或配重。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的卧式爬行健身器, 其特征在于所述左右脚滑板后部装 有一缓冲限位的止块 (7), 在左轨道 (3 )和右轨道 (4) 的后部对应也各装有一个止块
( 8), 止块 (7 ) 和止块 (8 ) 的前后位置可调节; 上肢支撑架 (13 ) 上端装有微电脑程 序控制器及显示屏 (9), 左右手握持杆 (15 ) 上装有脉博及心跳传感器 (10)。
11、 根据权利要求 6所述的俯卧式爬行健身器, 其特征在于所述膝垫 (32、 42 ) 高 于左右脚滑板 (3、 4) 的面板, 并且与左右脚滑板 (3、 4) 的面板形成一个夹角 (a)。
