Abstract

A personal homepage advertisement method using a P2P and a system of the same are disclosed, in which a member who manages a personal homepage and a visitor who sees advertisement information are provided with an advertisement point as advertisement information is stored at a personal terminal, a management server or a certain storing position of other system, and the advertisement information is shown on a personal homepage such as a personal Blog (Web Log), a mini homepage or something. A user can personally manage the advertisement information manufactured by a user or an advertisement owner as compared to a conventional simple management method in a large portal site. In addition, it is possible to provide a target advertisement to multiple visitors through a P2P method and a personal homepage such as a personal Blog. a mini homepage or something as compared to a conventional method in which an advertisement information is shown irrespective of a visitor's intention. Some benefits occurring an advertisement information is shown can be provided to a manager of a personal homepage as well as a visitor. The addresses of personal homepages having a lot of visitors can be provided to multiple advertisement owners based on an auction method for thereby enhancing the benefits.

<i-> The present invention relates to a personal homepage-based advert isement method using a P2P(Peer to Peer) and a system of the same, and in particular to a personal homepage advertisement method using a P2P and a system of the same in which a member who manages a personal homepage and a visitor who sees advertisement information are provided with an advertisement point as advert i sement information is stored at a personal terminal, a management server or a certain storing position of other system, and the advertisement information is shown on a personal homepage such as a personal Blog(Web Log), a mini homepage or something. <h> An advertisement business cost occurs for marketing an advertisement with respect to an advertisement owner for achieving a certain profit model at the side of a server-based operator. In case that the visiting number of visitors is few, it is difficult to promote the advertisement. So as to overcome the above problem, the P2P method, which adapts an individual sale method, is able to provide enough motives for promoting the marketing with respect to an advertisement owner, so that it is possible to implement an information provision function, not an advertisement provision function. With the above application, the advertisement information is shown to other visitors (or other personal terminal) connected to the current website using the user interface form. oo> The application manages an actual advertisement information stored at a certain storing position and transmits or receives a certain storing position, an advertisement setting information, a connected website information, a comparison information of the connected website, a member information or something with respect to the management server 300.

<62> When the user's personal terminal 100 is connected with the management server 300 on the Internet, the management server 300 asks the inputs of a member information such as a member ID for a member registration, a password, an address, a contact information or a plurality of websites managed by the member. The inputted information is transmitted to the management server and is stored into the member D/B 350. An application is downloaded manual h or automatically or using an Active-X of the Internet browser and is installed.

-6^ The application downloaded and installed into the personal terminal is executed (S302), and a user's login information is inputted for therebλ judging whether the member is registered or not (S306). So, the extracted website address (IP), the website address of the web page html source, and the website connection information formed of at least one of an inherent identification number of the application, a member ID, and a visitor ID are created and transmitted to the management server 300 (S312). v65> The management server 300 searches and extracts the member information registered and stored in the member D/B 350 using the received website connection information, and creates a comparison information by searching and comparing the website connection information, a member or visitor's ID from the previously stored member information, a plurality of website addressed managed by the stored member, and an advertisement setting information set at the website addresses. The management server 300 transmits the comparison information to the personal terminal 100CS311) .

<-66-> The personal terminal analyzes the received comparison information and judges whether a corresponding website is a user's website managed by the member or other's website. When the website is the user's website managed by the member (S316), an advertisement setting form is provided for storing and setting various advertisement information at a specific portion of the connected websi te (S318) .

<67~> The user performs an advertisement setting work for newly setting the advertisement information of the website managed by the user using the advertisement setting form or changing the advertisement information storing position or performing an advertisement statistic content query, and the set advertisement setting information is transmitted to the management server 300 and is updated into the member information and is stored (S320).

<6<λ> When the website is not the user's website managed b\ the member, namely, when it is the other's website (S316), the personal terminal 100 judges whether there is an advertisement setting information of a corresponding website in the received comparison information. When there is not an advertisement setting information (S322), as shown in Figure 6A. the advertisement interface form is not provided to the Internet browser (S324). When there is an advertisement setting informal ion(S322) , as shown in Figure BB, the personal terminal 100 provides an advertisement interface form so that various advertisement information are shown at the specific positions of the connected website(S326) .

<^o-> The text advertisement, image advertisement, motion image advertisement or flash advertisement set on the connected website are shown through the advertisement interface form, and the personal terminal 100 obtains an advertisement show information such as a corresponding advertisement information, a corresponding advertisement click information and a corresponding advertisement time and transmits to the management server 300. and the management server 300 provides an advertisement point to the member who manages the website and the visitor based on the set criteria and updates into the member information and stores the same(S328).

When the user is not a member, the member information is recjuested for a member registration, and the inputted member information is transmitted to the management server and is stored in the member D/B 350 (S408).

^5> When the user is a member (S406), the application detects whether the Internet browser works. When the user is connected with a website such as an Internet personal Blog, a mini homepage or a cafe using the Internet browser, the analysis unit 130 of the personal terminal analyzes the current 1> connected website based on the HTTP protocol for thereby extracting a website address (IP) or extracting the same by analyzing the web page html source. A website connection information formed of at least one of the extracted website address (IP) or the website address of the web page html source, an inherent identification number of the application, a member ID. and a visitor ID, and the information is transmitted to the management server 300.

-76> The management server 300 searches and extracts the member information stored in the member D/B 350 using the received website connection information and searches and compares the website connection information, the member's or visitor's ID in the previously stored member information, a plurality of website addresses managed by the previously stored member, and a plurality of website addresses. The management server 300 transmits the created comparison information to the personal terminal 100.

-ii> The personal terminal 100 analyzes the received comparison information and judges whether a corresponding website is a user's website managed by the member or the other's website. When the website is a user's website managed by the member, the personal terminal 100 provides an advertisement setting form in which the user stores various advertisement information at a specific position of the connected website (S410).
