The invention relates to a skeletal anchorage system for use in orthodontic therapies, consisting of: microimplants (1) comprising three parts, namely a microscrew (2) which is screwed into the bone, interchangeable heads (3) for securing the tensioning elements and a preformed protector (4) made form silicon or another similar material; steel plates (12) having different shapes in order to be adapted to two, three or four microimplants (1) and being provided with coupling zones (13) with elongated holes (14) and a central zone (15) with different holes or cavities (16) for positioning the button and button hole and other attachments; hinged coupling devices (23) with means for coupling same to the teeth and means for coupling a screwdriver used to screw in the microscrew (2) and for precisely guiding the tip and inclination of same; and a screwdriver tool (32) comprising two independent parts, one of which moves inside the other in the form of a piston, namely an outer part (33) intended to secure the microscrew (2) and an inner part (34) intended to screw and unscrew the head (3) in relation to the microscrew (2).
