Abstract

The present invention relates to a wireless grid network for distributing multimedia content, in particular in an aircraft. The distribution network comprises N nodes (N>1 ) (N1, N2) forming a wireless grid network operating at frequencies of several gigahertz and at least P items of client equipment (P>N), each item of client equipment being linked by a wireless or wired link to at least one of the N nodes (N1, N2).
