Method and apparatus for use in enhancing fuels

Abstract
The present embodiments provide methods and apparatuses for use in enhancing and/or treating fluids, such as fuels. Some embodiments provide apparatuses for use in treating fuel that comprise a first conduit (142) having an input end, an output end, and a metallic interior surface; a second conduit (142) positioned within and axially aligned with the first conduit, the second conduit having first and second ends, and a plurality of holes (326) distributed along at least a portion of a length of the second conduit; and a treatment control bypass affixed with the second conduit configured to control an amount of fluid flow exiting the second conduit through the plurality of holes distributed along the portion of the length of the second conduit.
