TITLE: Electronic device of images conversion for Morse code or other type of codes.
TECHNICAL DOMINION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention respects to an Electronic device of image conversion for Morse Code or other types of codes whose function is to help the blind people and visual deficient in its better integration in society, therefore with this device these users acquire a bigger independence in its life and carry through new personal objectives that have been outside of its horizons. Beyond this possibility, also this device with an innovative integration of some existing systems can be used for automatic driving of terrestrial, maritime or aerial vehicles.
STATE OF THE ART
Presently, a blind person or visual deficient to dislocate or uses a cane inside the house or in the street with all the limitations that we know as a companion, that if is a normal vision person is very good, but doesn't give the desired privacy surely to it, or with an highly trained dog, but also limiting. In last case the surgical resource also exists, of organic or Electronics transplants and implantations, very promising, but unhappily, this technique is not compatible with all the types of visual deficiency. Relatively to the driving of vehicles, a blind person or visual deficient, it cannot lead for obvious reasons, such a drunk or drugged driver, disconcentrated or irresponsible comes a great danger to potentially accidents, exaggerated times mortal or with incapacitating physical results, not forgetting the economic, material and social damages, always involved.
Generally the human being is not 100% qualified mental and fisicaly to drive or pilot, however because its senses and dexterity are exceeded by the speed and manoeuvrability of the machine, however because, pure and simply due to the increase of traffic, all the manoeuvres that we effectuate of we want to effect, are dependents many times of the lack of coihmunication with exterior agents, in such a way natural as with other drivers for the success of the same ones.
How many of us, intelligent and rational beings, can never had been directly involved in accidents with transport machines? A little percentage! And why? Because we erred the intended manoeuvre for the most various causes; Or because we don't obtain the necessary agility,
Or because we cannot anticipate the accident, as for example after undoing a curve of about 100 degrees leading a vehicle in a normal conduction and coming across them with the obstructed road. Or we circulate in a priority way and suddenly a vehicle enters in our band of set of wheels. Or it appears a vehicle in foils; it wants for excess speed or because the driver felt itself badly, it had a sudden attack, sleepiness, secondary medicine effects, a pedestrian who crossed our band of set of wheels without taking the due precautions; hardly any driver will prevent the accident, thickening the long list of victims. To continue this situation, without taking functional and drastic measures, we must believe that the statistics of this decade, will start being reality in machetes of the social communication, "the means of transportation accidents are the third death cause of the people in the World-wide level".
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Presently a film chamber catches one or some images, point by point-(pixels), that converts in a set of analogical or digital video signals that are decodified (projected point-by-point -(pixels) in a television set or monitor also in image, until here nothing new exists, but if we want that a visual deficient appearance or blind person sees them, it will be impossible, from there that making a parallel of the described system until in this paragraph and constructing a converter that analyze the images (point-by-point - (pixels) and compares them point-by-point immediately -(pixels) with other existing equivalents in its memory or a database, sending the information of the form acoustics result, it will be possible these users know what is in its front in real time and actualizing the distance to the obstacle, helping this user to decide stop , to turn left or right or if must come back in the case not existing exit .And even stopped, be informed about what is in its front.
The present device has the innovation to convert the detected images to Morse code or another type of codes.
Is used this code because already a known code and of universal understanding , as also easier to interpret for any visual deficient or blind person, since that it learns the Morse code or another type of codes that can be used, therefore this user goes to start deciding as the obstacles with that if he conies across in the day by day and take the best decision, as for example to skirt obstacles or people in the streets, in the houses, in the jobs, as well as in its performance in the sport, in elaborating a gone and back passage, etc. . ., without the aid of the traditional cane or companion. This device goes certainly help these deficient people in a more affirmative performance in the society. They only have for this to apprehend a set of audible signals and know interpret them.
It also serves for automatisms, or either, taking as example an automobile, this can be controlled automatically because when sending the images that go filming in its passage, for intermediary of some sensors of captation of images distributed for the automobile, using system UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System), that communicating with a database, that will have been created for this automatic control of conduction, and communicating with GPS system (Global Positional System) or with European Galileo project, it will send to the automobile the order of bring into action the electromechanical-servants that will maneuver more safely the automobile or any type of transports machine or static, as well as thanks to the constant intercommunication between vehicles, as well as traffic controll for satellites, because the traffic lights will be lost, counting only with traffic lights for information of the pedestrians, resulting from there the drastic reduction of the accidents and victims, essentially caused for human errors so expensive, moral and material to the society and economy.
In sabotage case or damage of the automatic system of conduction; The security can be made of some forms, therefore it would be a still bigger disaster if the system left to communicate with all the vehicles, caused for mistaken functioning of the satellites or systems UMTS, GPS or even a database.
In this situation, In global level, all the vehicles would have an Electronic circuit of security that when leaving to receive the communication, automatically in the first second they would pass only to depend on the intercommunication between them, followed for the entry of the sequence of the beginning of the vehicle immobilization in security of emergency, that it would go to depend on the speed that until the moment followed, to depend on the way, of the state and type of pavement, (irregularities, dry or wet), In regional level, all the above described methods of security would be scrupulously followed,
In level of the vehicle for beyond the described methods, each electromechanical- servant; mainly the ones that set in motion the direction, the brakes, deceleration of the engine, box of speeds, they will have to be double, case one damages always has another one in parallel for a fast immobilization of the yehicle.
To relate that all these maneuvers and damage would be registered in the system of the vehicle so that the reparation workshops and inspection centres as well as the insurers can repair and analyze the damages.
DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
This device is composed for two parts: The first one is reported to the example of use for the visual deficient or blind, to observe ( Fig 1 ) and ( Fig 6 );
It consists of eyeglasses ( a ) that incorporates in its lenses one or two micro-cameras to film or photographic or only sensors of captation of images ( b ), not becoming the eyeglasses too much heavy. In its astes exists headphones ( c ), arid tracing sensors of obstacles or objects, people and animals, of the ultrasonic type, or infra-red ray or another type of sensors to measure the distance to the objects or obstacles ( b ' ).

The second part is reported with the automatisms, the use of system UMTS is newness (Fig. 4) and its interaction with GPS system or European project GALILEO, for the automatic conduction of the automobiles or any way of transport .When filmed for the vehicle the course and involving environment and sending the images to the sensors used in the 3a Generation phone cell, it will make use of a more complete service a time that these platforms will be able to dispose a much more complete database, with more information for comparison (images), so that the users, being blind or visual deficient or still conducting of the vehicle, boats, trains, aviation or any way of transport , they can dispose a great security, consequently the drastic reduction of the accidents, mainly due by human errors or technique defect of the vehicle, a great comfort, can enjoy the landscape, a time that the conduction of the vehicle is replaced for automatic manoeuvres, applying the reception of these Morse code undecodefied signals or another type of signals to the electromechanical-servants, that already exist, for automatic control of the transport machine that is in question.
With the addition of this system, (second part) this device is more utilitarian and functional ( Fig. 4 ), and will have to contain the following components:
A' - sending of signals UMTS e (GPS, GALILEO) for the terrestrial satellites or antennas and sending of signals for intercommunication between vehicles
B ' - reception of codified signals (UMTS, GPS, GALILEO, Morse or another type of signals) and reception of signals for intercommunication between vehicles
C ' - ampleness of the filming in the front, behind and lateral
D ' - joint of micro-cameras to film or sensors of captation of images, ultrasonic sensors, infra-red ray or another type of sensors
E ' - antenna of sending of signals UMTS, GPS, GALILEO and sending of signals for intercommunication between vehicles
F ' - reception antenna of codified signals, (UMTS, GPS, GALILEO, Morse or another type of signals) and reception of signals for intercommunication between vehicles
G ' - central unit, deliverering circuit of codified signals, (UMTS, GPS, GALILEO,
Morse or another type of signals)

( Fig. 5) are a drawing of an imaginary plant, in uncertain part of the planet Land, of an urgency situation and it intends to complement the explanation of the functioning that will be presented in the proper section, it is composed of the described systems of communications in the previous paragraph for ( Fig. 4) and of:

Reporting us to the (Fig.l) and (Fig. 2), the visual deficient or blind people, who we will call users, have with this device (p) the possibility to know in real time, since dominate the " language " Morse code or another type of code , which the obstacles or images (objects, landscapes, photos... ,etc. ) that comes appearing to its front, orienting them or have a sonorous summary, as the information of the database for intermediary of the headphones, thus improving substantially its way of life.

In the most critical case, it would be when crossing by foot a road inside a stepping-stone, that means, that seconds before existed an authorization to make it, through the signal received in the headphones ( c ), soon any danger for this pedestrian will not exist because that it receives the authorization to always cross is because all the norms of SECURITY EMERGENCY had been considered so that no vehicle is in movement, or stopped for giving passage to it.
In the second type of using that includes the automatic conduction of vehicles, the SECURITY has exactly that to be taken in consideration .For all the reasons and more one this measure is important. A electronic circuit of Security for Emergency was projected ( N' ) ( Fig. 4 ) that all the vehicles must possess double electromechanical- servants, mainly the ones that control the direction column ( M ' ), the brakes of each wheel ( I ', H ' ), of the deceleration of the engine ( J ' ) to help the vehicle to stop and what it controls the box of speeds, incorporated in the set ( M ' ) for immobilization in bigger security of the vehicle, circuit this that ( N ' ) goes in such a way to guarantee the security of the pedestrians as he is described in the previous paragraph as the people who are inside the vehicle and exactly thus it is to advise the obligator use of the belt of security as well as the chairs to be capsized in the opposing direction the movement of the vehicle to prevent the manoeuvres that could be brusque of emergency.
