新型荧光灯管
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种荧光灯管。
在本发明之前的现有¾术
目前普遍使用的荧光灯是由灯管、镇流器和起辉器以及固定上述器件 的金属灯管支架所组成,现有用的镇流器多为电感式,这种荧光灯存在有 以下缺点:
1、 用电量高; 2、 镇流器工作时有噪音; 3、 镇流器更换程序繁复, 更换人工费用高; 4、 荧光灯的功率因数和照度低; 5、光管起动时先需要 闪动; 6、断电源时光管不能亮; 7、当启辉器坏时,普通光管亦不能起动; 8、 电感式镇流器是用铁和铜材料制成, 不符合环保概念; 9、 金属支架 + 电感式镇流器重量过于笨重; 10、 谐波畸变高, 对电源污染严重。
在二千年七月一日,香港特区政府联同两家电力公司 "中华电力公司 " 和 "香港电灯公司, 推行一项名为"电力需求管理"的计划, 以津贴形式 帮助中小型企业用节电镇流器及节电光管更换旧有的电感式镇流器及旧 有的光管。 经过一段时间有关公司不断推动下, 进展仍较慢。 这主要是不 少企业因更换所需工程费用过大,且更换下来的大量金属支架及镇流器将 带来新的环保问题。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是, 针对现有技术的上述不足, 而提 供一种成本低、 更换简的新型荧光灯管。 本实用新型的上述技术问题是由如下技术方案来实现的。
一种新型荧光灯管, 包括灯管和电子镇流器, 其特征是- 设有一外管, 外管的两端插固具有灯管插座的外插头, 该其中一端的 外插头与灯管插座之间装设有电子镇流器。上述灯管插置于该外管内的二 灯管插座之间。
除上述必要技术特征外,在具体实施过程中,还可不成如下技术内容: 该该灯管是小直径的节能灯管;
该外插头是普通荧光灯两端的插头。
电子镇流器是由整流器和高频逆变器组成, 其中, 整流器的输入端外 接电源, 将交流市电转变所需电压的直流, 其输出接高频逆变器, 高频逆 变器将直流逆变为高频交流供灯管电源。
上述不设有电子镇流器的灯管插座与外插头之间设有电池安装支架, 其内安装有多个电池, 且该电池电连接电子镇流器的整流输出端。
本实用新型的优点在于:
1、 将紧急照明、 电子镇流器及节能光管容为一体; 使安装更换方便, 极大的减少安装费用。
2、 功率因数高, 大于 95% , 节电, 营运成本低。
3、 色显指标 CRI (Color Rendering Index)超过 80%。
4、 即开即亮, 不闪动。
5、 适用于不同功率的灯管。
6、 延长灯管寿命 50%。
7、 输出光度比旧有光管高 2倍以上。 8、 可作手提电筒用。
9、 当意外断电时光管仍能稳定工作, 减少意外发生。
10、 改装是可保留原有的装置, 减少垃圾污染。
11、 重量轻。
12、 总谐波畸变小于 30%。

图 3是本实用新型另一实施例的剖视图。
实施例
如图 1所示, 本实用新型所提供的一种新型荧光灯管, 包括灯管 1和 电子镇流器 2, 其特征是:
设有一由透明材料(如玻璃或透明塑料)所制成的外管 3, 外管 3的 两端插固具有灯管插座 4的外插头 5, 该其中一端的外插头 5与灯管插座 4之间装设有电子镇流器 2。上述灯管 1插置于该外管 3内的二灯管插座 4 之间。该灯管可以是小直径的节能灯管; 上述外插头 5是普通荧光灯两端 的插头。从而构成一可直接安装于现有荧光灯固定支架上的新型节能荧光 灯管, 且该荧光灯管内部装有电子镇流器, 无须另装电子镇流器。 从而达 到减低更换所需工程费用过大的问题。
图 2是本实用新型的电子镇流器的电路图。电子镇流器是由整流器 10 和高频逆变器 20组成, 其中, 整流器 10的输入端外接电源, 将交流市电 转变所需电压的直流, 其输出接高频逆变器, 高频逆变器 20将直流逆变为 高频交流供灯管电源。
本实用新型的新型荧光灯管, 两端所设外插头 5是普通荧光灯两端的 插头共有四个插脚, 而实际上只用其中的任意两个插脚接外电源, 保留四 个插脚是为了直接安装于现有荧光灯固定支架上。 在具体产品上应标明接 电的二插脚, 以便与外电源连接。
上述不设有电子镇流器的灯管插座与外插头之间设有电池安装支架
(如图 3所示),其内安装有多个电池 6,且该电池电连接电子镇流器的整流 输出端。 以解决当意外断电时光管仍能稳定工作, 减少意外事件发生, 并 可作手提电筒用。

权 刺 要 求
1、 一种新型荧光灯管, 包括灯管和电子镇流器, 其特征是: 设有一外管, 外管的两端插固具有灯管插座的外插头, 该其中一端的 外插头与灯管插座之间装设有电子镇流器。 上述灯管插置于该外管内的二 灯管插座之间。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型荧光灯管, 其特征是: 该该灯管是小直 径的节能灯管。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型荧光灯管, 其特征是: 上述外插头 5是 普通荧光灯两端的插头。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型荧光灯管, 其特征是: 电子镇流器是由 整流器和高频逆变器组成, 其中, 整流器的输入端外接电源, 将交流市电 转变所需电压的直流, 其输出接高频逆变器, 高频逆变器将直流逆变为高 频交流供灯管电源。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的新型荧光灯管, 其特征是: 上述不设有电子 镇流器的灯管插座与外插头之间设有电池安装支架, 其内安装有多个电池, 且该电池电连接电子镇流器的整流输出端。
