Description

薬液タンクから吸入して被験者に注入する薬液が逆流しない薬液注入装置 技術分野
本発明は、 被験者に薬液を注入する薬液注入装置に関し、 特に、 シリンダ部材 にビストン部材がスライド自在に揷入されているシリンジに薬液タンクから薬液 を吸入させて被験者に注入させる薬液注入装置に関する。 背景技術
現在、 医療現場で利用されている C T ( Computed Tomography)スキャナは、 レントゲン撮影の応用により被験者の断層画像を撮像することができ、 MR I (Magnetic Resonance ェ maging)装置は、 磁気共鳴効果により被験者の断層 画像をリアルタイムに撮像することができ、 アンギオ装置は、 レントゲン撮影の 応用により被験者の血管画像を撮像することができる。
上述のような装置を使用するとき、 被験者に造影剤や生理食塩水などの薬液を 注入することがあり、 この注入を自動的に実行する薬液注入装置も実用化されて いる。 この薬液注入装置は注入ヘッドを有しており、 この注入ヘッドにシリンジ が着脱自在に装着される。 シリンジは、 薬液が充填されるシリンダ部材を有して おり、 このシリンダ部材にビストン部材がスライド自在に揷入されている。
シリンジには、 最初から薬液が充填されている製品もあるが、 作業者が所望の 薬液を補充する製品もある。 このようなシリンジを薬液注入装置で使用する場合、 例えば、 薬液が充填されている薬液タンクにシリンジをタンクチューブで連結し、 そのシリンジを注入へッドに装着する。 注入へッドはシリンジのシリンダ部材と ビストン部材とを別個に保持し、 そのビストン部材をシリンダ部材に対してスラ イダ機構により後退させる。
これで薬液タンクからシリンジに薬液が補充されると、 シリンジから薬液タン クとタンクチューブとを取り外し、 そのシリンジを被験者に被験者チューブで連 結する。 この状態で注入へッドがスライダ機構によりピストン部材をシリンダ部 材に対して前進させると、 シリンジから被験者に薬液が注入される。
し力 し、 従来の薬液注入装置では、 上述のようにシリンジに薬液タンクから薬 液を吸入するときは、 作業者がシリンジにタンクチューブで薬液タンクを連結す る必要があり、 シリンジから被験者に薬液を注入するときは、 作業者がシリンジ からタンクチューブを取り外して被験者チューブを連結する必要がある。 このた め、 作業者が煩雑な作業を実行する必要があり、 作業者によりタンクチューブや 被験者チュ一ブが汚染される懸念がある。
上述の課題を解決するため、 例えば、 シリンジに連結したシリンジチューブと、 薬液タンクに連結したタンクチューブと、 被験者に連結した被験者チ ーブと、 を切換弁で連結した薬液注入装置もある。 このような薬液注入装置では、 切換弁 の手動操作により被験者チューブを遮断してタンクチューブとシリンジチューブ とを連結した状態で、 薬液タンクからシリンジに薬液を吸入する。
そして、 切換弁の手動操作によりタンクチューブを遮断して被験者チューブと シリンジチューブとを連結した状態で、 シリンジから被験者に薬液を注入する。 このような薬液注入装置では、 小容量のシリンジに大容量の薬液タンクから薬液 を補給できるので、 被験者チューブを交換するだけで複数の被験者に薬液を注入 することが可能である。
し力 し、 上述の薬液注入装置では、 作業者が切換弁を手動操作する必要がある ので作業が煩雑であり、 例えば、 被験者チューブを遮断してタンクチューブとシ リンジチューブとを連結した状態で、 シリンジから被験者に薬液を注入しようと する誤操作や、 タンクチューブを遮断して被験者チューブとシリンジチューブと を連結した状態で、 薬液タンクからシリンジに薬液を吸入しようとする誤操作が 発生することがある。
この課題を解決するため、 本出願人はシリンジに連結したシリンジチューブと、 薬液タンクに連結したタンクチューブと、 被験者に連結した被験者チューブと、 がチューブ連結手段で連結されており、 タンクチューブと被験者チューブとの 各々に一方弁が設けられている薬液注入装置を発案した。
この薬液注入装置では、 注入へッドがビストン部材をシリンダ部材に対して後 退させると、 被験者チユーブの一方弁が閉塞されてタンクチユーブの一方弁が開 放されるので、 薬液は薬液タンクからシリンジへ吸入される。 そして、 注入へッ ドがビストン部材をシリンダ部材に対して前進させると、 タンクチューブの一方 弁が閉塞されて被験者チューブの一方弁が開放されるので、 薬液はシリンジから 被験者に注入される。
この薬液注入装置では、 被験者ごとに被験者チューブのみ交換すれば汚染を防 止でき、 薬液タンクの多量の薬液を被験者にシリンジから注入することが可能で あ 。
しかし、 実際には一方弁は構造的に薬液の逆流によって閉塞されるので、 上述 の薬液注入装置では、 微量ながらも血液や薬液が被験者からシリンジまで逆流し、 シリンジから薬液タンクまで逆流することがある。 この場合、 シリンジや薬液タ ンクが汚染されるので、 大容量の薬液タンクを利用していても複数の被験者に薬 液を注入することはできないことになる。 発明の開示
本発明は上述のような課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、 シリンジに薬液タン クから薬液を吸入させて被験者に注入させることができ、 それでいて被験者から シリンジおよび薬液タンクに血液や薬液が逆流しない薬液注入装置を提供するこ とを目的とする。
本発明の薬液注入装置は、 被験者チューブと、 シリンジチューブと、 タンクチ ユーブと、 チューブ連結手段と、 シリンジ駆動機構と、 連通切換機構と、 連動制 御手段と、 を有しており、 シリンダ部材にピストン部材がスライド自在に揷入さ れているシリンジに薬液タンクから薬液を吸入させて被験者に注入させる。
被験者チューブは先端が被験者に連結され、 シリンジチューブは末端がシリン ジに連結される。 タンクチューブは末端が薬液タンクに連結され、 チューブ連結 手段は被験者チユープの末端とシリンジチューブの先端とタンクチューブの先端 とを連結している。 シリンジ駆動機構は、 シリンダ部材とビストン部材とを相対 移動させてシリンジに薬液の吸入と注入とを実行させ、 連通切換機構は、 被験者 チューブを遮断してシリンジチューブとタンクチューブとを連通させた吸入状態 と、 タンクチューブを遮断してシリンジチューブと被験者チューブとを連通させ た注入状態と、 を切り換え、 連動制御手段は、 シリンジ駆動機構と連通切換機構 との動作を連動させる。
従って、 本発明の薬液注入装置では、 連通切換機構がシリンジチューブとタン クチューブとを連通させた吸入状態で、 シリンジ駆動機構がシリンジに薬液を薬 液タンクから吸入させ、 連通切換機構がシリンジチューブと被験者チューブとを 連通させた注入状態で、 シリンジ駆動機構がシリンジに薬液を被験者まで注入さ せる。 連通切換機構により吸入状態では被験者チューブが遮断されるので、 被験 者からシリンジに血液や薬液が逆流することがなく、 注入状態ではタンクチュー ブが遮断されるので、 シリンジから薬液タンクに薬液などが逆流することがない。 このため、 シリンジと薬液タンクとの薬液が汚染されることを防止でき、 例え ば、 薬液タンクとシリンジとは交換することなく被験者チューブを交換するだけ で、 多数の被験者に薬液を順番に注入するようなことができる。
なお、 本発明で云う各種手段は、 その機能を実現するように形成されていれば 良く、 例えば、 所定の機能を発揮する専用のハードウェア、 所定の機能がコンビ ユータブログラムにより付与されたデータ処理装置、 コンピュータプログラムに よりデータ処理装置の内部に実現された所定の機能、 これらの組み合わせ、 等と して実現することができる。 '
また、 本発明で云う各種の構成要素は、 個々に独立した存在である必要もなく、 複数の構成要素が 1個の部材として形成されていること、 ある構成要素が他の構 成要素の一部であること、 ある構成要素の一部と他の構成要素の一部とが重複し ていること、 等も可能である。 図面の簡単な説明

[第 1の形態の構成]
本発明の実施の第 1の形態を Fig . 1ないし Fig . 6を参照して以下に説明する 。 本形態の薬液注入装置 1 0 0は、 被験者チューブ 1 0 1、 タンクチューブ 1 0 2、 シリンジチューブ 1 0 3、 チューブ連結手段であるチューブ連結部材 1 0 4 、 シリンジ駆動機構(図示せず)、 連通切換機構 1 0 5、 連動制御手段である統 合制御回路 1 0 6、 操作パネル 1 0 7、 液晶ディスプレイ 1 0 8、 等を有してお り、 Fig . 1に示すように、 被験者チューブ 1 0 1の末端とシリンジチューブ 1 0 3の先端とタンクチューブ 1 0 2の先端とがチューブ連結部材 1 0 4で連結さ れている。
被験者チューブ 1 0 1は、 末端から先端まで順番に、 樹脂チューブ 1 1 1、 一 方弁 1 1 2、 接続コネクタ 1 1 3、 カテーテル 1 1 4、 で形成されており、 この 先端のカテーテル 1 1 4が被験者(図示せず)に着脱自在に連結される。 樹脂チ ユーブ 1 1は、 例えば、 ナイロンメッシュが内蔵されたポリウレタンチューブ からなり、 その先端に接続コネクタ 1 1 3でカテーテル 1 1 4が着脱自在に連結 されている。 一方弁 1 1 2は、 樹脂チューブ 1 1 1の先端近傍の位置に設けられ ており、 薬液である造影剤 Cの移動を樹脂チューブ 1 1 1からカテーテル 1 1 4 への方向に規制する。
タンクチューブ 1 0 2は、 先端から末端まで順番に樹脂チューブ 1 1 6と接続 コネクタ 1 1 7とで形成されており、 その樹脂チューブ 1 1 6も、 ナイロンメッ シュが内蔵されたポリウレタンチューブからなり、 末端の接続コネクタ 1 1 7に 薬液タンク 2 0 0が着脱自在に連結される。 この薬液タンク 2 0 0は、 シリンジ 2 1 0より大容量に形成されており、 造影剤 Cが予め収容されている。
シリンジチューブ 1 0 3は、 先端から末端まで順番に樹脂チューブ 1 1 9と接 続コネクタ 1 2 0とで形成されており、 この末端の接続コネクタ 1 2 0にシリン ジ 2 1 0が着脱自在に連結される。 このシリンジ 2 1 0は、 シリンダ部材 2 1 1 とビストン部材 2 1 2からなり、 このビストン部材 2 1 2がシリンダ部材 2 1 1 にスライド自在に挿入されている。
シリンジ駆動機構は、 Fig . 5に示すように、 シリンジ駆動モータ 1 2 2、 ェ ンプティセンサ 1 2 3、 フルセンサ 1 2 4、 を有しており、 シリンジチューブ 1 0 3に連結されたシリンジ 2 1 0が着脱自在に装着される(図示せず)。 このシ リンジ駆動機構は、 シリンジ駆動モータ 1 2 2を駆動源として、 シリンジ 2 1 0 のシリンダ部材 2 1 1を保持したままビストン部材 2 1 2を移動させ、 シリンジ 2 1 0に造影剤 Cの吸入と注入とを実行させる。
ェンプティセンサ 1 2 3は、 ピストン部材 2 1 2がシリンダ部材 2 1 1の先端 まで移動したことを検知することで、 シリンジ 2 1 0に造影剤 Cが充填されてい ないことを検知する。 フルセンサ 1 2 4は、 ビストン部材 2 1 2がシリンダ部材 2 1 1の末端まで移動したことを検知することで、 シリンジ 2 1 0に造影剤 Cが 満杯に充填されていることを検知する。
連通切換機構 1 0 5は、 Fig . 2ないし Fig . 4に示すように、 本体パネル 1 3 0、 注入遮断機構 1 3 1、 吸入遮断機構 1 3 2、 開閉連動機構 1 3 3、 等を有し ている。 注入遮断機構 1 3 1は、 注入押圧部材 1 3 5と注入保持部材 1 3 6から なり、 吸入遮断機構 1 3 2は、 吸入押圧部材 1 3 7と吸入保持部材 1 3 8からな る。 開閉連動機構 1 3 3は、 例えば、 ステッピングモータからなる連通切換モー タ 1 4 0とギヤ列 1 4 1と押圧回動部材 1 4 2からなり、 連通切換モータ 1 4 0 によりギヤ列 1 4 1を介して押圧回動部材 1 4 2を回動自在に軸支している。 この押圧回動部材 1 4 2には、 注入押圧部材 1 3 5と吸入押圧部材 1 3 7とが 一体に形成されており、 注入押圧部材 1 3 5は、 押圧回動部材 1 4 2の正転によ り被験者チューブ 1 0 1を押圧する位置に変位自在に配置されており、 吸入押圧 部材 1 3 7は、 押圧回動部材 1 4 2の逆転によりタンクチューブ 1 0 2を押圧す る位置に変位自在に配置されている。
注入保持部材 1 3 6は、 注入押圧部材 1 3 5に被験者チューブ 1 0 1を介して 対向配置されており、 吸入保持部材 1 3 8は、 吸入押圧部材 1 3 7にタンクチュ ーブ 1 0 2を介して対向配置されている。 このため、 連通切換機構 1 0 5は、 被 験者チューブ 1 0 1を遮新してシリンジチューブ 1 0 3とタンクチューブ 1 0 2 と、 を連通させた吸入状態とタンクチューブ 1 0 2を遮断してシリンジチューブ 1 0 3と被験者チューブ 1 0 1とを連通させた注入状態と、 を切り換える。 なお、 注入/吸引押圧部材 1 3 5 , 1 3 7は、 各チューブ 1 0 1, 1 0 2を押 圧する部分が円筒状に湾曲した凸面に形成されており、 注入ノ吸引保持部材 1 3 6 , 1 3 8は、 各チューブ 1 0 1 , 1 0 2を押圧する部分が円筒状に湾曲した凹 面に形成されている。
ギヤ列 1 4 1は、 連通切換モータ 1 4 0に直結されているピユオンギヤ 1 4 4 と押圧回動部材 1 4 2に直結されているスパーギヤ 1 4 5からなり、 このスパー ギヤ 1 4 5には凸部 1 4 6が形成されている。 そして、 この凸部 1 4 6を吸入状 態のときに検知する位置には、 フォトセンサからなる注入遮断センサ 1 4 8が配 置されており、 注入状態のときに検知する位置には、 フォトセンサからなる吸入 遮断センサ 1 4 9が配置されている。 このため、 注入遮断センサ 1 4 8は、 被験 者チューブ 1 0 1が遮断されたことを検知し、 吸入遮断センサ 1 4 9は、 タンク チューブ 1 0 2が遮断されたことを検知する。 統合制御回路 106は、 適切な制御プログラムがファームウェアなどで実装さ れたマイクロコンピュータからなり、 Fig.5に示すように、 操作パネル 1 07、 液晶ディスプレイ 108、 シリンジ駆動モータ 122、 ェンプティセンサ 1 23、 フルセンサ 124、 連通切換モータ 140、 注入遮断センサ 148、 吸入遮断セ ンサ 149、 等が結線されている。
詳細には後述するが、 統合制御回路 106は、 操作パネル 107への入力デー タゃ各種センサ 123, 124, 148, 149の検知信号に対応して、 液晶デ イスプレイ 108に各種データを表示させ、 各種モータ 122, 140の動作を 統合制御する。
このため、 統合制御回路 106は、 注入遮断センサ 148が被験者チューブ 1 01の遮断を検知してからシリンジ駆動モータ 122を駆動してシリンジ 210 に造影剤 Cを薬液タンク 200から吸入させ、 吸入遮断センサ 149が遮断を検 知してからシリンジ駆動モータ 122を駆動してシリンジ 210に造影剤 Cを被 験者に注入させる。
[第 1の形態の動作]
上述のような構成において、 本形態の薬液注入装置 100は、 例えば、 CTス キヤナゃ MR I装置で撮像される被験者に薬液である造影剤 Cを注入するために 利用される。 その場合、 作業者は被験者チューブ 101を被験者に連結し、 タン クチューブ 102に薬液タンク 200を連結する。 さらに、 シリンジチューブ 1 03にシリンジ 210を連結し、 このシリンジ 210をシリンジ駆動機構に装着 する。
ただし、 本形態の薬液注入装置 100では、 造影剤 Cを注入する被験者を交代 するとき、 薬液タンク 200とシリンジ 210とはタンクチューブ 102とシリ ンジチューブ 103とに連結したまま、 被験者チューブ 101のカテーテル 1 1 4のみ被験者ごとに交換する。
このため、 本形態の薬液注入装置 100は、 Fig.6に示すように、 初期状態 では注入遮断センサ 148が被験者チューブ 101の遮断を検知するまで連通切 換モータ 140を正転させておくことにより(ステップ S 1, S 2)、 被験者チ ユーブ 1 0 1を遮断しておく。
このような状態で被験者チューブ 1 0 1を被験者に連結した作業者が、 操作パ ネル 1 0 7で造影剤 Cの吸入実行か注入実行を入力操作すると(ステップ S 3 , S 8 )、 その入力操作に対応して薬液注入装置 1 0 0は吸入動作か注入動作を実 行する。
例えば、 吸入実行が入力操作された場合(ステップ S 3 )、 前述のように被験 者チューブ 1 0 1を遮断したまま(ステップ S 1 , S 2 )、 シリンジ駆動モータ 1 2 2が駆動されてシリンジ 2 1 0のピストン部材 2 1 2がシリンダ部材 2 1 1 に対して後退されるので、 これで薬液タンク 2 0 0からシリンジ 2 1 0に造影剤 Cが吸入される(ステップ S 6 )。
このとき、 ピストン部材 2 1 2が末端まで後退したことをフルセンサ 1 2 4が 検知すると(ステップ S 5 )、 シリンジ駆動モータ 1 2 2の駆動が停止されて造 影剤 Cの吸入動作が終了されるので(ステップ S 7 )、 シリンジ 2 1 0には造影 剤 Cが満杯まで自動的に吸入される。
ただし、 上述の吸入動作を確認している作業者が所望により操作パネル 1 0 7 に吸入停止を入力操作すると(ステップ S 5 )、 シリンジ駆動モータ 1 2 2の駆 動が停止されて造影剤 Cの吸入動作が終了されるので(ステップ S 7 )、 この場 合は作業者が所望する容量だけ造影剤 Cがシリンジ 2 1 0に吸入される。
上述のようにシリンジ 2 1 0に造影剤 Cが補充された状態で注入実行が入力操 作されると(ステップ S 8 )、 吸入遮断センサ 1 4 9がタンクチューブ 1 0 2の 遮断を検知するまで連通切換モータ 1 4 0を逆転させるので(ステップ S 9 , S 1 0 )、 これで被験者チューブ 1 0 1が開放されるとともにタンクチューブ 1 0 2が遮断される。
この遮断が完了すると、 シリンジ駆動モータ 1 2 2が駆動されてシリンジ 2 1 0のビストン部材 2 1 2が前進されるので、 これでシリンジ 2 1 0から被験者に 造影剤 Cが注入される(ステップ S 1 3 )。 このとき、 ピストン部材 2 1 2が先 端まで前進したことをェンプティセンサ 1 2 3が検知すると(ステップ S 1 1 )、 シリンジ駆動モータ 1 2 2の駆動が停止されて造影剤 Cの注入動作が終了される 1 4 )、 シリンジ 2 1 0の造影剤 Cの全部が自動的に被験者に 注入される。
ただし、 上述の注入動作を確認している作業者が所望により操作パネル 1 0 7 に注入停止を入力操作すると(ステップ S 1 2 )、 シリンジ駆動モータ 1 2 2の 駆動が停止されて造影剤 Cの注入動作が終了されるので(ステップ S 1 4 )、 こ の場合は作業者が所望する容量だけ造影剤 Cが被験者に注入される。 なお、 上述 のように造影剤 Cの注入が終了すると、 前述のように注入遮断センサ 1 4 8が被 験者チューブ 1 0 1の遮断を検知するまで連通切換モータ 1 4 0が正転され(ス テツプ S I , S 2 )、 被験者チューブ 1 0 1が遮断される。
[第 1の形態の効果]
本形態の薬液注入装置 1 0 0では、 シリンジ 2 1 0に造影剤 Cを薬液タンク 2 0 0から吸入させる吸入状態では、 注入遮断機構 1 3 1により被験者チューブ 1 0 1が確実に遮断されるので、 被験者からシリンジ 2 1 0に造影剤 Cや血液が逆 流することを防止できる。 また、 シリンジ 2 1 0に造影剤 Cを被験者まで注入さ せる注入状態では、 吸入遮断機構 1 3 2によりタンクチューブ 1 0 2が確実に遮 断されるので、 シリンジ 2 1 0から薬液タンク 2 0 0に造影剤 Cなどが逆流する ことを防止できる。
このため、 シリンジ 2 1 0と薬液タンク 2 0 0との造影剤 Cが汚染されること を防止でき、 薬液タンク 2 0 0とシリンジ 2 1 0とは交換することなく被験者チ ユーブ 1 0 1のカテーテル 1 1 4を交換するだけで、 多数の被験者に造影剤 Cを 順番に注入することができる。
特に、 本形態の薬液注入装置 1 0 0では、 注入遮断機構 1 3 1とシリンジ駆動 機構との動作が連動されるので、 例えば、 被験者チューブ 1 0 1を遮断してタン クチューブ 1 0 2とシリンジチューブ 1 0 3とを連結した状態で、 シリンジ 2 1 0から被験者に薬液を注入しようとする誤作業が発生することはなく、 タンクチ ユープ 1 0 2を遮断して被験者チューブ 1 0 1とシリンジチューブ 1 0 3とを連 結した状態で、 薬液タンク 2 0 0からシリンジ 2 1 0に薬液を吸入しょうとする 誤作業が発生することもない。 さらに、 本形態の薬液注入装置 1 0 0では、 被験者チューブ 1 0 1を遮断する 注入遮断機構 1 3 1とタンクチューブ 1 0 2を遮断する吸入遮断機構 1 3 2とが 1個の押圧回動部材 1 4 2で形成されているので、 被験者チューブ 1 0 1とタン クチューブ 1 0 2との両方が同時に遮断されることや両方が同時に開放されるこ ともない。
しかも、 本形態の薬液注入装置 1 0 0では、 カテーテル 1 1 4が接続コネクタ 1 1 3で樹脂チューブ 1 1 1に連結されているので、 その交換作業が容易である。 しかも、 その樹脂チューブ 1 1 1の先端の位置に一方弁 1 1 2が設けられている ので、 より確実に造影剤 Cや血液の逆流を防止することができる。
さらに、 シリンジ 2 1 0から被験者への造影剤 Cの注入が終了すると、 自動的 に注入遮断機構 1 3 1に被験者チューブ 1 0 1を遮断させるので、 造影剤 Cや血 液の逆流を常時防止することができる。 しかも、 注入 Z吸引押圧部材 1 3 5 , 1 3 7と注入 Z吸引保持部材 1 3 6, 1 3 8とが円筒状の凸面と凹面とで各チュー ブ 1 0 1 , 1 0 2を遮断するので、 さらに確実に造影剤 Cや血液の逆流を防止す ることができる。
さらに、 本形態の薬液注入装置 1 0 0では、 1個の押圧回動部材 1 4 2が回動 することで被験者チューブ 1 0 1を遮断する吸入状態とタンクチューブ 1 0 2を 遮断する注入状態とが切り換えられるので、 簡単な構造で確実に吸入状態と注入 状態とを切り換えることができる。
しかも、 本形態の薬液注入装置 1 0 0では、 押圧回動部材 1 4 2を回動させる 連通切換モータ 1 4 0がステッピングモータからなることにより、 押圧回動部材 1 4 2を所定の角度まで回動させて停止させておくことができるので、 簡単な構 造で確実に吸入状態と注入状態とを維持することができる。
[第 1の形態の変形例]
本発明は上記形態に限定されるものではなく、 その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で各 種の変形を許容する。 例えば、 上記形態では被験者チューブ 1 0 1とシリンジチ ユーブ 1 0 3とタンクチューブ 1 0 2とが別体のチューブ連結部材 1 0 4で連結 されていることを例示したが、 被験者チューブ 1 0 1とシリンジチューブ 1 0 3 とタンクチューブ 1 0 2とチューブ連結部材 1 0 4とを一体に形成することも可 能である。
また、 上記形態では注入/吸引押圧部材 1 3 5 , 1 3 7と注入 吸引保持部材 1 3 6 , 1 3 8とが各チューブ 1 0 1, 1 0 2を遮断する部分が円筒状の凸面と 凹面からなることを例示したが、 これを平面とすることも可能であり、 S字形状 などとすることも可能である。
さらに、 上記形態では造影剤 Cや血液の逆流を確実に防止するために被験者チ ユープ 1 0 1に一方弁 1 1 2を設けることを例示したが、 これを省略することも 可能であり、 造影剤 Cの移動を薬液タンク 2 0 0からシリンジ 2 1 0への方向に 規制する一方弁(図示せず)をタンクチューブ 1 0 2に設けることも可能である。 また、 上記形態では連通切換モータ 1 4 0をステッピングモータとすることで 押圧回動部材 1 4 2を所定の角度に停止させることを例示したが、 例えば、 超音 波モータなどからなる連通切換モータ 1 4 0にロック機構(図示せず)を連結す ることで押圧回動部材 1 4 2を所定の角度に停止させることも可能である。
さらに、 上記形態の連通切換機構 1 0 5では、 注入遮断機構 1 3 1の注入押圧 部材 1 3 5と吸入遮断機構 1 3 2の吸入押圧部材 1 3 7とが、 開閉連動機構 1 3 3の押圧回動部材 1 4 2に一体に形成されていることを例示した。 し力 し、 Fig . 7に例示する連通切換機構 1 5 0のように、 注入押圧部材 1 5 1と吸入押圧部材 1 5 2とをガイドレール(図示せず)などでスライド自在に支持し、 開閉連動機 構 1 5 3のクランク部材 1 5 4に注入リンク部材 1 5 5と吸入リンク部材 1 5 6 とで連結することも可能である。
さらに、 上記形態では開閉連動機構 1 3 3のスパーギヤ 1 4 5の凸部 1 4 6を 注入遮断センサ 1 4 8と吸入遮断センサ 1 4 9とで検知することを例示したが、 Fig . 7に例示する連通切換機構 1 5 0のように、 クランク部材 1 5 4の凸部 1 5 7を機械スィツチからなる注入遮断センサ 1 5 8と吸入遮断センサ 1 5 9とで 検知することも可能である。
また、 Fig . 8および Fig . 9に例示する連通切換機構 1 6 0のように、 注入押 圧部材 1 6 1と吸入押圧部材 1 6 2とを同一方向にスライド自在に支持して注入 保持部材 163と吸入保持部材 164とに各々対向させ、 開閉連動機構 166の 回転自在なカム部材 167の凹凸が形成されている盤面に係合させることも可能 である。
さらに、 この連通切換機構 160のように、 カム部材 167の凸部 168を注 入遮断センサ 148と吸入遮断センサ 149とで検知することも可能であり、 注 入押圧部材 161と吸入押圧部材 162との凸部 169, 170を注入遮断セン サ 148と吸入遮断センサ 149とで直接に検知することも可能である。
また、 上記形態では吸入状態と注入状態とを維持するために連通切換モータ 1 40がステッピングモータからなることを例示したが、 Fig.8および Fig.9に 例示する連通切換機構 160のように、 ギヤ列 172をウォームギヤとすること で吸入状態と注入状態とを維持することも可能である。
なお、 この連通切換機構 160では、 注入 Z吸入押圧部材 161, 162は末 端が力ム部材 167の盤面の凹部 173に位置することで各チューブ 101, 1 02の遮断を解除するので、 一方の遮断が完了してから他方の遮断を解除させる ことができ、 より確実に造影剤 Cなどの逆流を防止することができる。
しかも、 この連通切換機構 160では、 注入/吸入押圧部材 161, 162の 両方が同時に位置する凹部 174もカム部材 167に形成しているので、 所望に より各チューブ 101, 102の遮断を同時に解除することもでき、 各チューブ 101, 102の装填が容易である。
このような動作まで認識するためには、 前述のように注入押圧部材 161と吸 入押圧部材 162との凸部 169, 170を注入遮断センサ 148と吸入遮断セ ンサ 149とで直接に検知することが好適であるが、 注入/吸入押圧部材 161, 162の両方が凹部 174に位置している状態を検知する専用の解除検知センサ 1 6を設けることも可能である。
また、 上記形態では被験者チューブ 101の先端がカテーテル 1 14からなる ことを例示したが、 Fig.10に示すように、 これを造影針 178とすることも 可能である。 特に、 上記形態の薬液注入装置 100では、 被験者チューブ 101 のカテーテル 114が接続コネクタ 113で樹月旨チューブ 111に連結されてい るので、 これを造影針 1 7 8と交換自在とすることも可能である。
さらに、 上記形態では薬液が造影剤 Cからなることを例示したが、 これを薬品 や生理食塩水とすることも可能であり、 Fig . 1 1に例示する薬液注入装置 3 0 0のように、 造影剤 Cと生理食塩水 Wとを自在に注入できるようにすることも可 能である。
[第 2の形態の構成]
ここで、 上述の薬液注入装置 3 0 0を本発明の実施の第 2の形態として、 Fig . 1 1を参照して以下に簡単に説明する。 本形態の薬液注入装置 3 0 0では、 造影 剤 Cより低粘度の溶液である生理食塩水 Wが溶液タンク 3 0 1に収容されており、 この溶液タンク 3 0 1に追加チューブ 3 0 2の末端が連結されている。
この追加チューブ 3 0 2の先端は、 チューブ追加手段であるチューブ連結部材 3 0 3で被験者チューブ 1 0 1の樹脂チューブ 1 1 1に連結されており、 この榭 脂チューブ 1 1 1のチューブ連結部材 1 0 4, 3 0 3の中間に注入遮断機構 1 3 1が位置している。
追加チューブ 3 0 2には、 末端から先端まで順番に、 溶液注入装置であるロー ラポンプ 3 0 4と追加遮断機構 3 0 5とが位置しており、 これらも統合制御回路 1 0 6に結線されている(図示せず)。 ローラポンプ 3 0 4は、 溶液タンク 3 0 1の生理食塩水 Wを被験者に注入し、 追加遮断機構 3 0 5は、 追加チューブ 3 0 2を開閉自在に圧迫して遮断する。 統合制御回路 1 0 6は、 連通切換機構 1 0 5 が被験者チューブ 1 0 1を遮断しているときのみ追加遮断機構 3 0 5に遮断を解 除させ、 この追加遮断機構 3 0 5の遮断が解除されているときのみローラポンプ 3 0 4を作動させる。
[第 2の形態の動作]
本形態の薬液注入装置 3 0 0では、 被験者に造影剤 Cと生理食塩水 Wとを自在 に注入することができる。 特に、 連通切換機構 1 0 5が被験者チューブ 1 0 1を 遮断しているときのみ、 追加遮断機構 3 0 5に遮断を解除させてローラポンプ 3 0 4を作動させる。
[第 2の形態の効果] このため、 本形態の薬液注入装置 3 0 0では、 被験者から造影剤 Cや生理食塩 水 Wや血液が溶液タンク 3 0 1および薬液タンク 2 0 0に逆流することがなく、 溶液タンク 3 0 1から薬液タンク 2 0 0に生理食塩水 Wが移動することがなく、 薬液タンク 2 0 0やシリンジ 2 1 0から溶液タンク 3 0 1に造影剤 Cが移動する こともない。
[第 2の形態の変形例]
上記形態では追加チューブ 3 0 2の先端が被験者チューブ 1 0 1の先端から注 入遮断機構 1 3 1までの位置に連結されている構造を例示したが、 例えば、 追加 チューブ 3 0 2の先端が被験者チューブ 1 0 1の注入遮断機構 1 3 1からチュー ブ連結部材 1 0 4までの位置に連結されていることも可能である。
さらに、. 被験者チューブ 1 0 1の先端からチューブ連結部材 3 0 3までの位置 に第 2の注入遮断機構 (図示せず)を増設することも可能であり、 このような構 造でローラポンプ 3 0 4を省略して生理食塩水 Wをシリンジ 2 1 0で吸入および 注入することも可能である。
[第 3の形態の構成]
さらに、 本発明の実施の第 3の形態を Fig . 1 2ないし Fig . 1 4を参照して以 下に簡単に説明する。 本形態の薬液注入装置(図示せず)では、 連通切換機構 4 0 1力 注入遮断機構 4 0 2と切換弁 4 0 3からなり、 この切換弁 4 0 3はチュ ーブ連結部材 1 0 4の位置に設けられている。
注入遮断機構 4 0 2の注入押圧部材 1 5 2は、 ラックアンドピニオン機構 4 0 4により連通切換モータ 1 4 0に連結されており、 切換弁 4 0 3には、 切換検知 センサ(図示せず)が連結されている。 この切換検知センサは統合制御回路 1 0 6に結線されており(図示せず)、 この統合制御回路 1 0 6は、 切換検知センサ の検知出力に対応して各部を統合制御する。
[第 3の形態の動作]
本形態の薬液注入装置では、 作業者が所望により切換弁 4 0 3を手動操作する と、 この切換弁 4 0 3により吸入状態と注入状態とが切り換えられ、 切換弁 4 0 3の切換操作が切換検知センサにより検知されて統合制御回路 1 0 6に認識され る。
このため、 この統合制御回路 1 0 6は、 切換弁 4 0 3が吸入状態のときには、 注入遮断機構 4 0 2に被験者チューブ 1 0 1を遮断させ、 シリンジ駆動機構の吸 入動作を許可する。 また、 切換弁 4 0 3が注入状態のときには、 注入遮断機構 4 0 2に被験者チューブ 1 0 1を開放させ、 シリンジ駆動機構の注入動作を許可す る。
[第 3の形態の効果]
本形態の薬液注入装置では、 切換弁 4 0 3を手動操作することで注入遮断機構 4 0 2などの各部が統合制御されて吸入状態と注入状態とが切換設定されるので、 直感的に認識しやすい簡単な操作で吸入状態と注入状態とを確実に切り換えるこ とができる。
[第 3の形態の変形例]
上記形態では切換弁 4 0 3を操作スィツチとして注入遮断機構 4 0 2などを連 動させて動作させることを例示したが、 例えば、 切換弁 4 0 3にも駆動モータ (図示せず)を連結しておき、 別個の操作スィツチの手動操作により切換弁 4 0 3と注入遮断機構 4 0 2とを連動させて動作させることも可能である。

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . シリンダ部材にビストン部材がスライ ド自在に揷入されているシリンジ に薬液タンクから薬液を吸入させて被験者に注入させる薬液注入装置であって、 前記被験者に先端が連結される被験者チユーブと、
前記シリンジに末端が連結されるシリンジチューブと、
前記薬液タンクに末端が連結されるタンクチューブと、
前記被験者チユーブの末端と前記シリンジチューブの先端と前記タンクチュー ブの先端とを連結しているチューブ連結手段と、
前記シリンダ部材と前記ピストン部材とを相対移動させて前記シリンジに前記 薬液の吸入と注入とを実行させるシリンジ駆動機構と、
前記被験者チユーブを遮断して前記シリンジチューブと前記タンクチューブと を連通させた吸入状態と前記タンクチューブを遮断して前記シリンジチューブと 前記被験者チューブとを連通させた注入状態とを切り換える連通切換機構と、 前記シリンジ駆動機構と前記連通切換機構との動作を; i動させる連動制御手段 と、
を有している薬液注入装置。
2 . 前記連通切換機構が、 前記被験者チューブを開閉自在に圧迫する注入遮 断機構を有している請求項 1に記載の薬液注入装置。
3 . 前記連通切換機構が、 前記チューブ連結手段の位置に設けられている切 換弁も有している請求項 2に記載の薬液注入装置。
4 . 前記連通切換機構が、 前記タンクチューブを開閉自在に圧迫する吸入遮 断機構も有している請求項 2または 3に記載の薬液注入装置。
5 . 前記連通切換機構が、 前記注入遮断機構と前記吸入遮断機構との開閉動 作を連動させて相反させる開閉連動機構も有している請求項 4に記載の薬液注入
6 . 前記注入遮断機構が、 前記被験者チューブを押圧する位置に変位自在に 配置されている注入押圧部材と、 この注入押圧部材に前記被験者チユーブを介し て対向配置されている注入保持部材と、 を有しており、
前記吸入遮断機構が、 前記タンクチューブを押圧する位置に変位自在に配置さ れている吸入押圧部材と、 この吸入押圧部材に前記タンクチューブを介して対向 配置されている吸入保持部材と、 を有しており、
前記開閉連動機構が、 前記注入押圧部材と前記吸入押圧部材とが一体に形成さ れていて回動自在に軸支されている押圧回動部材を有している請求項 5に記載の 薬液注入装置。
7 . 前記注入遮断機構が、 前記被験者チューブを押圧する位置にスライド自 在に支持されている注入押圧部材と、 この注入押圧部材に前記被験者チユーブを 介して対向配置されている注入保持部材と、 を有しており、

前記開閉連動機構が、 前記注入押圧部材と前記吸入押圧部材とが係合する凹凸 が形成されていて回動自在に軸支されているカム部材を有している請求項 5に記 載の薬液注入装置。
9 . 前記連動制御手段は、 前記シリンジ駆動機構による前記注入が終了する と前記注入遮断機構に前記被験者チユーブを遮断させる請求項 2ないし 8の何れ か一項に記載の薬液注入装置。
1 0 . 前記被験者チューブが遮断されたことを検知する注入遮断センサと、 前記タンクチューブが遮断されたことを検知する吸入遮断センサと、 も有してお り、
前記連動制御手段は、 前記注入遮断センサが前記遮断を検知してから前記シリ ンジ駆動機構に前記吸入を実行させるとともに前記吸入遮断センサが前記遮断を 検知してから前記シリンジ駆動機構に前記注入を実行させる請求項 1ないし 9の 何れか一項に記載の薬液注入装置。
1 1 . 前記薬液の移動を前記シリンジから前記被験者への方向に規制する一 方弁が前記被験者チューブに設けられている請求項 1ないし 1 0の何れか一項に 記載の薬液注入装置。

1 3 . 前記被験者に溶液を注入する溶液注入装置に末端が連結される追加チ ユーブと、 この追加チューブの先端を前記被験者チューブに連結するチューブ追 加手段と、 前記追加チューブを開閉自在に圧迫して遮断する追加遮断機構と、 も 有しており、
前記連動制御手段は、 前記連通切換機構が前記被験者チューブを遮断している ときのみ前記追加遮断機構に前記遮断を解除させる請求項 1ないし 1 2の何れか 一項に記載の薬液注入装置。
