Abstract

Un réacteur (2) électrolytique comporte un évidement conique composé de tranches amovibles (13) à travers lequel s'écoule l'électrolyte vers une pièce (31) à revêtir sous l'action d'une pompe établissant sur circulation forcée. Une polarisation de la pièce en cathode est réalisée, face à une anode (20) coaxiale dans l'évidemment (13). Cette configuration mène à un bon écoulement de l'électrolyte devant la pièce, propice à un dépôt à la fois accéléré et d'épaisseur uniforme de la matière de revêtement, et les dimensions de la chambre peuvent être ajoutées.
