A real-time convention event management system by using a radio communication is provided to rapidly operate convention event without eliminating and reinstalling wire communication lines due to the wireless communication between a wireless RF card terminal and a server. This is achieved by employing the wireless RF card terminal provided with a non contact type RF card reading part to read by recognizing data stored in the form of RF signal in the non contact type RF card for emitting a radio wave to activate the non contact type RF card by communicating with the non contact type RF card and a wireless local area network (LAN) control module (WCM) for storing the read data on a memory and for transmitting/receiving the stored data to the server in a wireless communication.

Description

REALTIME CONVENTION EVENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
USING WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a real-time convention event management system; and, more particularly, to a real-time convention event management system by using a wireless communication employing a wireless radio frequency (RF) card terminal provided with a non contact type RF card reading part to read by recognizing data stored in the form of RF signal in the non contact type RF card for emitting a radio wave to activate the non contact type RF card by communicating with the non contact type RF card and a wireless local area network (LAN) control module (WCM) for storing the read data on a memory and for transmitting/receiving the stored data to a server in a wireless communication.
Background Art
Generally, a convention event means a comprehensive term involving an event such as seminar, forum, international conference, exhibition or the like. A conventional real-time convention event management system by using a wire communication has a non contact type RF card for inputting a visitor's data to store therein and an RF card reader for emitting a radio wave to activate the non contact type RF card when the non contact type RF card approaches thereto and for recognizing and reading the data in the form of RF signal stored in the non contact type RF card by communicated with the non contact type RF card and a server for storing the data by receiving the data with communication with the RF card reader in a wire communication, wherein clients, e.g., organizers, exhibitors and candidates for exhibition, connect to the server to provide information.
Fig. 1 shows a block diagram showing one of conventional real-time convention event management systems by using a wire communication, which has a non contact type RF card 10 for inputting a visitor's data to store therein and an RF card reader 20 provided with an RF card reading part 22 for emitting a radio wave to activate the non contact type RF card 10 when the non contact type RF card 10 makes an approach thereto and for recognizing and reading the data in the form of RF signal stored in the non contact type RF card 10 by communicated with the non contact type RF card 10, a wire communication part 28 composed of a local area network(LAN) card for transmitting the data read at the RF card reading part 22 by communicate with a server 40 through a wire and an output part 23 having a printer 24 connected to a terminal for transferring the data read at the RF card reading part 22 thereto and a monitor 26, wherein the plurality of RF card readers 20 provide the data received from the plurality of RF card readers 20 with being stored at the server
40 to clients 50, e.g., organizers, exhibitors and candidates for exhibition, by connecting with the server 40 through a hub 30 in various wire connection methods.
In order to smoothly operate the convention events, an RF card terminal, a hub, a wire communication cable and a server must be removed and installed at every 3~5 day, however, since a plurality of RF card readers are connected with the server at each booth through wires in various wire connection methods, there are many problems to require a time consuming and a high cost in removing and installing the RF card terminal, the hub, the wire communication cable and the server.
And also, the conventional real-time convention event management system by using a wire communication has a problem that additional RF card readers are installed therein due to the limit of network connection capability of the hub as the convention event exhibitors are increasing, because the connection between the plurality of RF card readers and the single server must be implemented by the hub due to the employment of the wire communication system.
Furthermore, since the RF card reader provides the data read by recognizing the data stored at the RF card to the server through the wire communication without an additional fabrication or outputs the data read by recognizing the data stored at the RF card to the connected monitor or the printer, it does not provide information fabricated in various types in real time for the convention event visitors and the exhibitors.
Disclosure of the Invention
It is an object of the present invention to solve the above mentioned problems of the conventional convention event management system and to provide a real-time convention event management system by using a radio communication for rapidly operating convention event without eliminating and reinstalling wire communication lines due to the wireless communication between a wireless RF card terminal and a server by implementing the wireless RF card terminal provided with a non contact type RF card reading part to read by recognizing data stored in the form of RF signal in the non contact type RF card and a wireless local area network (LAN) control module (WCM) for storing the read data on a memory and for transmitting/receiving the stored data to the server in a wireless communication.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a real-time convention event management system by using a radio communication for installing with increasing unrestrictedly the number of wireless RF card terminals, as the number of convention event exhibitors is increased, by connecting the wireless RF card terminals with an access pointer in a multi-to-single network form in a wireless communication by installing the access pointer as an intermediate connection medium with coupling the wireless RF card terminals to a server through TCP/IP communication and by connecting the access pointer with the server in a wire communication through a hub in a multi-to-one network form. It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a real-time convention event management system by using a radio communication for providing information fabricated in various types in a real time for the convention event visitors and the exhibitors by providing fabricated analysis contents a monitor or a printer connected to a wireless RF card terminal by storing on a memory jointly the data read by recognizing the data stored at a non contact type RF card in the wireless RF card terminal and a detailed data for a visitor's personal information downed by communicating with a server through a wireless communication part in the wireless RF card terminal.
In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a real-time convention event management system by using a wireless communication including a wireless RF card terminal for recognizing and storing the data stored in the RF card in the form of RF signal by communicating with the accessed RF card and for transmitting/receiving the data to/from a server in a wireless communication, an access pointer for transmitting/receiving the data to the wireless RF card terminal in a wireless communication and for transferring the data to the server, the server for transmitting/receiving the data from the access pointer in a wire communication, for systematically storing the data received from the access pointer and for allowing an operator to control during a failure occurrence by monitoring an existence or an nonexistence of trouble during the operation of system with statically processing the data stored therein to provide and a unified server for providing the data to a client, e.g., an organizer, an exhibitor, a candidate for exhibition or the like, through an Internet by unifying and linking the servers installed at each convention event to store the data.
