Dispositif d'ancrage osseux permettant la liaison de fragments osseux entre eux et/ou l'immobilisation de petites articulations lors d'arthrodèses osseuses caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une vis de compression (2) et une ancre de fixation (3) comportant des moyens de retenue qui sont constitués d'une première partie d'ancrage (12) et d'une seconde partie de liaison (13), ladite partie d'ancrage (12) étant d'une part formée d'ailettes (17) qui peuvent s'écarter de l'axe XX' de l'ancre (3), et d'autre part de moyens anti-rotation (20) pour bloquer l'ancre (3) en rotation.1.
