Abstract
The invention can be used for a suspension system of a transport means in order to reduce the number of parasitic leakage, wearing process and noisiness, to simplify the production and reduce the costs thereof and also to regulate the resistance force of a damper having a force resistance characteristic which is automatically modified with respect to the irregular amplitude of a road surface in throttle operating mode. The inventive device modifies the force resistance characteristic by changing the prestress of a valve spring, said valve being arranged on a piston. The change of the prestress of the spring is carried out by transforming the radial displacement of tips into linear motion of the spring pad in relation to the valve seat. The current radial position of the tips is set up by the interaction thereof with a rod which has a variable cross section and is arrange inside a hollow rod. Said device makes it possible to regulate the resistance force with respect to the irregular amplitude of the road surface in throttle operating mode. Said regulation is carried out by modifying the length and the cross section of a channel formed by the surface of the guiding barrel of the tip and a groove embodied on said tip.
