Abstract

Cette invention porte sur un système de télécommunications. En vue de développer les capacités fonctionnelles d'un système télématique, chaque terminal comprend un émetteur-récepteur GSM pourvu d'une antenne et auquel sont raccordées des unités d'interface audio, un émetteur-récepteur d'un système de communication satellite Orbcom pourvu d'une antenne, un récepteur GPS ou « Glonas » pourvu d'une antenne, d'unités de raccordement et d'une unité de traitement de signaux analogiques et d'une unité principale d'alimentation. Tous ces dispositifs sont intégrés à l'aide d'un bus bidirectionnel de microcontrôleur. Un centre de diffusion et de surveillance comprend des serveurs de messagerie GSM, Orbcom, des unités de services pour les stations d'opérateurs SMS et N, ainsi que des modules radio GSM et Orbcom.
