Asi, cuando el usuario perciba algún peligro, esta en posibilidad de digitar un CAS en lugar del CIP; el sistema electrónico central bancaπo identifica que no a digitado el CIP, entonces procede a verificar si el código digitado corresponde a algún CAS que tiene almacenado y por lo mismo es legal, entonces el sistema electrónico central bancario procede a activar el módulo electrónico de procesamiento de datos (4, 23), que dependiendo del CAS alimentado activará (24) a su vez a por lo menos uno de los sistemas de seguridad de emergencia, y procederá a habilitar las transacciones a las que tal cuenta tiene autorización en función del estado de la misma y del CAS alimentado, permitiendo al usuario realizar cualquiera o todas las transacciones a que tiene autorización. La activación de los sistemas de seguridad y los CAS pueden hacerse corresponder en niveles de acuerdo con el deseo del usuario, por ejemplo, un primer nivel que activa únicamente cámaras de video y de foto fija, corresponde a un primer CAS; un segundo nivel que además de los dispositivos del primer nivel, activa también sistemas de grabación de voz y alguna alarma silenciosa dentro de la sucursal bancaria, corresponde a un segundo CAS; un tercer nivel que además de los dispositivos de los niveles primero y segundo, activa también una rutina que envía al dispositivo información falsa del estado de la cuenta, en lo relativo a la cantidad disponible de efectivo o límite de crédito, normalmente menor que la real, esta información falsa se despliega en la pantalla del dispositivo de transacciones bancarias, protegiendo así el patrimonio del usuario, corresponde a un tercer CAS; un cuarto nivel que además de los dispositivos de los niveles primero a tercero, activa también la señal de alarma y la envía a un sistema de recepción de datos que despliega en una pantalla los datos de localización del dispositivo electrónico de transacciones bancarias y los datos demográficos del usuario (51), corresponde a un cuarto CAS; un quinto nivel que además de los dispositivos y señales de los niveles primero a cuarto, activa también la señal codificada que se transmite vía aérea y que será recibida (52,53) por al menos un radiorreceptor móvil, corresponde a un quinto CAS.The magnetic card contains specific account data, which are (see Figures 1 and 4) read when inserted into the electronic banking transaction device (1, 11, lia), it asks the user for the CIP (12) and the transaction to be made; the card data is sent (13) to the central electronic banking system together with the CIP and the instruction fed through the keyboard and are compared (21) with the data stored as legal in it.
