Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et un appareil permettant de mener à bien des analyses et des procédés microsynthétiques et microanalytiques. L'invention concerne une plate-forme de microsystème et un dispositif de micromanipulation servant à manipuler la plate-forme exploitant la force centripète résultant de la rotation de la plate-forme, favorisant de ce fait le mouvement fluidique à travers les microcanaux. Les plates-formes de microsystème de l'invention présentent des réseaux de zones de commande thermique, dans lesquels le fluide acheminé vers la plate-forme peut être soumis à une température et maintenu à cette température pendant un laps de temps tributaire de la longueur du chemin du canal dans la zone, de la dimension transversale du canal et de la vitesse de rotation de la plate-forme. Des procédés spécifiques permettent de mettre en oeuvre un large éventail de procédés microanalytiques ou microsynthétiques.
