Ein solches Identifikationsmerkmal kann z. B. der Name des Gegenteilnehmers sein oder ein Vermerk, ob der Gegenteilnehmer bereits Kunde ist - dann kann beispielsweise das Identifikationsmerkmal aus einer Kundennummer bestehen. Für die Anwendung im Bankbereich kann das Identifikationsmerkmal beispielsweise eine Kennung enthalten, ob der Gegenteilnehmer zu bestimmten Transaktionen, z . B im Wertpapierhandel, berechtigt ist. Es können auch mehrere solcher Merkmale in dem Identifikationsmerkmal zusammengefaßt sein, z. B. Name und Adresse des Gegenteilnehmers. Sobald die Zuordnung des Identifikationsmerkmals zur Rufnummer OAD des rufendenden Teilnehmers durch die zentrale Auswerteeinheit ZA ausgeführt ist, erfolgt die Ausgabe dieser Daten an die entsprechende Teilnehmerleitung des gerufenen Teilnehmers.
