Description

METHOD OF PERFORMANCE. EVALUATION AND PAYMENT OF THE ADVERTISEMENT IN THE COMMERCIAL TECHNIQUE AND APPARATUS
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the invention.
The invention relates to a method of performance, evaluation and payment of the advertisement in the commercial technique and apparatus destined to be used in the field of the commerce with products and services.
2. Description of the prior art.
It is well known the method of advertising in which buying a product you receive a ticket to participate in a lottery in order to gain one or some products or services (within this method the apparatus being the ticket ). This method has some disadvantages such as : for the products with a high value the presumption of a gain do not influence in a conclusive way the option of the buyer, the number of buyers which can achieve a gain is small, do not stimulate the buyers to advertise the products.
Another method of advertising is that through which there are published in newspapers tickets which after being cut off and presented to the shop offer a discount (within this method the apparatus being also a ticket).
This method presents the following disadvantages : to obtain the ticket implies a spending in buying the newspaper, the number of tickets cannot be equal with the number of the products, the area of spreading of the tickets cannot coincide with the area of spreading of the shops which are offering the respective products, the payment of the advertising service is anticipated.
Referring to the state of the art can also be presented: —from the marketing researches made to elaborate promotional mixtures it was observed among other things that using some alternatives with a too pronounced commercial character ( publicity, mailing ) damages the credibility and can have negative effects to the efficiency of the action,
-among the components of a promotional mixture the "advise of a friend" has the same weight as a "smaller price" for similar products,
— "T V. publicity spots" have a twice less influence in the buying decision of a product comparing with the elements mentioned above,
-the importers and producers do not have direct connections with the mass of final buyers except those which result from the regulations concerning the consumer protection -there are not in big use advertising methods with direct stimulating effects on the retailers except those reflected in price or reimbursement facilities, -the group consciousness for the owners of a certain product type is not stimulated and it is forming hazardously having mainly as a base of initiation the high value or the specialisation in use,
—there are not in use advertising methods in which the payment of the operators is made after the reimbursement of the correspondent ratio from the final buyer and so to be self- financed.
The method of performance, evaluation and payment of the advertisement in the commercial technique, as by this invention, puts away the before mentioned disadvantages by the fact that, it is printing an apparatus with detachable tickets and with zones where to be attached, by which will function the method of performance, evaluation and payment of the advertisement, there are nominated the products or the services on which will act the advertisement activity, the buyer will receive one apparatus for each product or service he bought, with a peculiar zone of the apparatus the retailer receives a payment for recommending the product or service to the buyer, by detachable tickets the buyer recommends other buyers which on their turn when they buy the product or service receive an apparatus and a payment and confirm the purchase giving back a ticket to whom recommended them who on his turn will receive a payment on this basis.
The apparatus used in this method, as by this invention, also puts away the mentioned disadvantages by the fact that, has an identification number, some zones where tickets can be attached, some zones with detachable tickets, a detachable zone used for ulterior payments, an identification of the tickets and of the detachable zone by a number identical with the one of the apparatus.
The invention has the following advantages:
—diversifies the technologies of performance, evaluation and payment of the advertisement in the field of the commerce with products and services,
-stimulates the retailers, the buyers which recommend and the recommended buyers (as operators),
-the number of operators is very big (superior of the number of the sold units involving also the retailers), -needs minimal infrastructure to follow up the payment of the advertisement service,
—stimulates repetitive purchases,
—stimulates the making up of a group consciousness and a fidelity connected with a range of products or a distributor,
-alteration or stopping of the programme can be done without further problems .--the payment of the operators is function of the fulfilment and is made after cashing the correspondent ratio from the final buyer. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
The method of performance, evaluation and payment of the advertisement in the commercial technique, as by the invention, in order to diversify the technologies of the advertisement and of the technologies in the commercial field has the following stages:
1. Nomination of the product or service of a given value.
2. Establishment of the period of functioning of this technology in the field of commerce with products and services. 3. Establishment of the persons (retailer, buyer who recommends, recommended buyer) who will be involved in this method.
4. Establishment of the payment (cash, in products, discount, etc. ) for everyone of the participating persons.
5. Establishment of the maximum number of persons (n) who can be recommended by a buyer.
6. Individualisation of the apparatuses used to apply the method by a number (current number, identical with the serial number of the product, etc.).
7. Printing of the apparatuses.
8. Handing over to the retailer of the apparatuses in an equal number with the purchased products.
9. Handing over to the buyer of the apparatus corresponding to the purchased product.
10. Payment of the retailer.
11. Recommendation of new buyers and their payment.
12. Payment of the buyer who recommended one or more other buyers or makes a new purchase.
In the first stage, as resulting from the above concise presentation, the product or service of a given value (price) is named, for which distribution (sale) the method of performance, evaluation and payment is applied, as by this invention.
The second stage of the method consists of the establishment of the period in which the products will be sold accompanied with apparatuses by whose aid will be paid the activity of advertisement made by the retailer and the buyer who recommends and the stimulation of the recommended buyer and of the repetitive purchases.
Establishing the persons who will benefit by direct participation in the application of the method is the third stage of this one, as by the present invention. The method permits the following variants: a), the payment of the buyer who recommends with or without the recommending confirmation, b). the payment of the retailer and of the buyer who recommends without the recommending confirmation, c). the payment of the retailer, of the buyer who recommends and of the recommended buyer with the recommending confirmation. The fourth stage of the method is the establishment of the amount and kind of payment for each participating person. As it is internationally agreed that 5% of the retail price of a product or service to be used for advertising and by this method a part of the advertising activity passes on the retailer and on the buyer, the retail price will not be affected by the above mentioned payments. For a product bought by a person who makes his first purchase only the retailer will be paid.
For a product bought by a recommended buyer this buyer and the one who recommended him will be paid, the total amount of these payments being the maximum payment allotted for advertisement by this method when selling a product.
The establishment of the maximum number (n) of persons who can be recommended by a buyer constitutes the fifth stage of the method. This number is a spur for the persons who recommend but to fix it, it is necessary to take into account the value of the product and the number of products estimated to be sold.
The method, as by the invention, has as a sixth stage to concede an identification number for each apparatus, its tickets and detachable zone, number necessary to apply the method.
In the seventh stage of the method, as by this invention, it is printed the apparatus which is so conceived as the method doesn't need infrastructure for its application and booking. FIG. 2 depicts that the apparatus is conceived so that has 6 zones (A, B, C, D, E, F). Zone A has the identification number of the apparatus and can be also used for instructions. Instructions and advertisements can be printed also on the back of the apparatus.
Zone B is used in order to attach a type E ticket of another apparatus in the case that the a person buys a second product or wants the payment of this activity of recommending other buyers.
In zone C can be attached n type E tickets coming from the apparatuses of n recommended buyers.
Zone D has n type D detachable tickets which will be attached in the F zone of the apparatuses of the n persons which can be recommended. The type D tickets have the same identification number as the apparatus they come from. Zone E has a detachable type E ticket with the same identification number as the apparatus. This ticket will be attached in the F zone of the same apparatus in the case of the first purchase and it is used to justify the payment of the activity of the retailer. In the case that the type E ticket belongs to a recommended buyer this one will be attached in the C zone of the apparatus of the person who recommended, confirming the purchase and giving the possibility to receive the payment for his activity of recommendation. The type E ticket can also be attached in the B zone as mentioned above.
Zone F can be detachable or not, it has the same identification number as the apparatus and is used to pay the activity of the retailer if attached a type E ticket or to justify the payment of the recommended buyer if attached a type D ticket. When not detachable, it is possible to pay only the person who recommends. Basic scheme representation of the method as by the invention and so the use of the apparatus, in order to be applied, is shown in FIG. 1.
For the easier explanation of the next stages following notations will be used: the apparatus X belongs to the person X who makes the first purchase and recommends the buyers Y and Z who on their turn will receive the apparatuses Y and Z, the apparatus W belonging to a new product purchased by the buyer X.
The eight stage consists of handing to the retailer the products and an apparatus for each one. The identification numbers of the apparatuses (current number, identical with the serial, etc..) can be noted for further evidences.
In the ninth stage of the method the retailer presents to the buyer the apparatus related with the product, explains the functioning of the method, attaches the type E ticket in the F zone, retains it and hands the apparatus without the F zone to the buyer X (see FIG. 1 and FIG. 3).
In the tenth stage the retailer will receive a payment for his activity presenting the F zone if the attached type E ticket has the same identification number as the zone (i.e. X-see FIG. 3). In order to stimulate the sales this payment can be done on a new purchase.
The eleventh stage consists of the recommendation of new buyers and their payment. FIG. 4 shows the operations made when the buyer X recommends the buyer Y. On the purchase the buyer Y receives an apparatus Y. The first type D ticket of the apparatus X will be attached in the zone F of the apparatus Y thus confirming the recommendation.
The type E ticket of the apparatus Y will be attached on the first position of zone C of the apparatus X so confirming the purchase made by the recommended buyer Y. The buyer Y will receive a payment (ex. discount) at making this purchase, being recommended. The retailer will keep the F zone of the apparatus Y on which is attached a type D ticket of the apparatus X for the ulterior payment of the sum given to the recommended buyer Y. In FIG. 5 it is shown how after recommending the buyer Y, the buyer X will make a new recommendation for the buyer Z. After this new recommendation the apparatus X will have attached in the zone C two type E tickets belonging to the apparatuses Y and Z and two type D tickets missing. The retailer will remain for further payment with a new zone F (Z) having attached a type D ticket from the apparatus X.
The buyers Y and Z will remain with apparatuses which contain the zones A to E identical to the ones of the apparatus the buyer X remained with after the purchase (see FIG. 3) From now on the buyers X, Y and Z can do other recommendations till they end the n type D tickets of the zone D of every apparatus. The twelfth stage of the method, according to the invention, consists in the payment of the recommendation activity of other buyers. In order to stimulate the sales the payment of this activity of recommendation can be made on a new purchase made by the buyer who recommended. In FIG. 6 is shown how the buyer X after having recommended the buyers Y and Z will make a new purchase thus receiving the apparatus W. In this case the type E ticket of the apparatus W will be attached in the B zone of the apparatus X. If the type E tickets attached in the zones B and C have different identification numbers (W, Y, Z) and also different from the identification number of the apparatus on which they are attached (X) and the number of the type E tickets attached in the zone C is equal with the number of type D tickets missing in the zone D, the buyer X will receive a payment equal with the sum of the payments corresponding to the type E tickets attached in the zone C. The apparatus X in this presentation together with the F zone of the apparatus W (zone F without type D or E tickets) remains with the retailer and will be presented together to justify the payment made to the buyer X. If the payment is made without the obligation of a new purchase the apparatus X presented for payment will not have a type E ticket attached in the zone B and will not exist the F zone, the other conditions being as above
If a buyer who didn't make even one recommendation wants to make a new purchase he can choose the situation from the FIG. 4, in this case receiving a payment as a recommended buyer and will remain with two apparatuses for ulterior recommendations or can choose the situation from the FIG. 7 when the type E ticket of the apparatus W belonging to the new purchase will be attached in the zone B of the apparatus X. The buyer X will receive a payment for a repetitive purchase and will remain with the apparatus W. The apparatus X with all the tickets in the D zone and with the type E ticket of the apparatus W attached in the B zone, together with the empty zone F of the apparatus W will remain with the retailer for a subsequent payment.
Modification of this invention may be practised without departing from the scope thereof. For example, if there is the intention to pay only the buyer who recommends with the recommendation confirmed, the method is presented in FIG. 8 and the apparatus with the zone F being not detachable is presented in FIG. 9
In case that the payment is granted to the retailer and the buyer who recommends without confirming the recommendation, the method is presented in FIG. 10 and the apparatus in FIG. 1 1 ( zone D is missing and the F zone is detachable).
The method presented in FIG. 12 and the apparatus presented in FIG. 13 can be used when the payment is granted only to the buyer who recommends without confirming the recommendation. In this case the apparatus doesn't have the D and F zones. The type E ticket of the apparatus of the initial buyers will be kept by the retailer. In the case of a first buyer, the advertisement activity of the retailer will be paid from the product price. In the case of a recommended buyer, from the product price, a part will be paid to this one for his stimulation and another part to the buyer who recommended for his promotion activity, the sum of these payments being the biggest value affected to advertisement by this method. Finally in the case of a repetitive purchase from the product price a part will be paid to the buyer also as a stimulus
When in order to grow the sales the payment of the recommendation activity is made only on a new purchase, the product price of this one will be cashed completely.
