Abstract

Bekannte ebene Wicklungsschichten, die vorgefertigt in weichmagnetische Körper einsetzbar sind, nutzen in mehrphasigen Maschinen den Nut- und Wickelkopfraum nur unzureichend aus und erhöhen daher das Maschinenvolumen und -gewicht. Der neue Wicklungsaufbau soll über eine vollständige Raumausnutzung hohe Leistungs- und Kraftdichten ermöglichen sowie kostengünstig herstellbar sein. Erfindungsgemäß besteht jede Wicklungsschicht (4d) aus mehreren, einstückig vorgefertigten Leitersträngen (22-24), deren Anzahl der Phasenanzahl entspricht. Die Leiterstränge verringern, an den durch die versetzte Leiteranordnung entstehenden Überschneidungen (25-33), ihre Leiterhöhe und werden so innerhalb der Schicht aneinander vorbeigeführt. Durch variable Anpassung der Leiterbreite wird im Wickelkopf der Raum, der im weichmagnetischen Körper den magnetischen Fluß führt, ausgenutzt. Die vollständige Raumausnutzung in den Wickelköpfen wird durch zweilagige Wicklungsschichten erreicht, in denen jede zweite Schicht gespiegelt und um eine Polteilung versetzt angeordnet wird. Die Wicklung eignet sich für Motoren un Generatoren, bei denen sich ein geringes Volumen und Gewicht vorteilhaft auswirkt.
