  1. The ornamental design for a butterfly wrap, as shown and described.
Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a butterfly wrap in accordance with the design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the butterfly wrap in accordance with the design; and,

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the butterfly wrap in accordance with the design.
