The ornamental design for a prismatic refractor with circumferential prisms, as shown and described.
The present application is related to co-pending U.S. patent application Ser. No. 10/349,299 (“Industrial Luminaire with Prismatic Refractor”), filed on Jan. 22, 2003, and co-pending U.S. Design patent application Ser. No. 29/174,635 (“Prismatic Refractor with Circumferential Prisms and Lens”), filed on Jan. 22, 2003, which are both incorporated by reference here in their entirety.
