  1. The ornamental design for a combined vehicle hood shield and windshield deflector, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a view in perspective of a combined vehicle hood shield and windshield deflector showing my new design attached to the front of a pickup truck which is shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and is not part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof; the side opposite that shown being a mirror image;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged transverse sectional view taken along lines 7--7 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of my invention;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view of the second embodiment thereof;
