`To all whom 'itmafy concern.- V l i Be it known that' I, OTIS SNOW, of Burlington, in-

the county of Chittenden, and in vthe State of- Vermont, have d iuevr-m'ted certain new and useful Improvements `in Butter-Workers; and do hereby declare that the following `is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters of reference, marked thereon, making a part'of this specification.

- y The nature of my invention consists in the construction `and 'general arrangement of a butter-Worker, as will be hereinafter fully set forth.

In order toenable others skilled in the art to which my invention @Ppetain'sto make and use the same,V I will now proceed to describe its construction and operation, referring to the annexed drawings, in `which-- `Figure-1 is a longitudinal vertical section, and
