To vall whom 'it may concern: A i l Be it known that I, WILLIAM N. SHELLABABGER,

`of Union, in the county of Montgomery, in the State of Ohio, have 'invented a new and improved Folding Feed-Trough; 'and I 'do hereby declare that the following is a full and exact-description thereof, refer ence being had tothe accompanying drawing, and toi the letters of reference` marked thereon.

Equivalent means may be adopted to secure the attachment of the ends to the bed.i

` Attached to the trough is a hay-rack, vconsistixig of two upright pieces, heldA by staples on the front of the trough. Y 4

At the top these pieces are connected by the horilZontal bar E; This attachment is secured by pins.

`The hay-rack is so constructed that it may be folded, and may be attached to the trough in any convenient` manner, when folded.-

' s To fold the trough, the pins odo are withdrawn, the A, sides are then folded against the front. This front is then opened o ut on a line with the bottom, and the whole carried up against the part A, and is secured to the staples K, by means of the ears or eyes p p ,r iny` object being the construction of a trough which -shall be `permanentlyattached to awagon-bed, and which can be folded up, so as to be out of the way, when not required for use.
