Be it known that I, CAROLINE KRUEGER, a c tizen of the United States, residing at Buffalo, in the county of Erie and State otNew York,have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Water-Bottles, of which the following is a specification.

heat-retaining material and curving the same to conform-somewhat to the body of a person, so that when applied the slightest pressure will assure contact at every point.

To this end the invention consists of the novel construction and arrangement of arts to be hereinafter described, and particu arly pointed-out in the subj oined claims.

A represents the bottle, which is oblong and formed of two pieces of sheet metal B and C, forming, res )ectively, the outer wall and the inner wal. The inner wall C is dished and curved lengthwise to fit any de sired portion of the body to which it'may be applied. By dishing the inner wall curved edges are provided, thus dispensing with undesirable seams and sharp edges, which would be uncomfortable as well as unsightly. The edges of the two pieces B and C are soldered to ether at D, the outer wall being grooved to receive the edge of the inner dished wall and curved longitudinally to correspond to the latter.

A fastening-band I may be passed through the straps H in the manner shown in- ,Fig. 1 for holding the bottle to the body in the desired position. In some instances the bottle" may be more effectively and comfortably held by turning the straps to apply two bands widthwise, as shown in- Fig. 6, while at other times the .bands may be arranged obliquely. To allow of such changes being made, the swivel-straps are arranged in a longitudinal medial line to permit of their use in any position or angle the band or bands may be placed in.

Having thus described my invention, what I claim is i I 1. A metallic water-bottle formed of a dished and longitudinally-curved inner wall and a longitudinally-curvcd outer wall,. the edge ofthe inner wall being soldered to the straps afiixed to the outer wall for the recep; tion of fastening-bands.

A metallic watenbottle formed of a dished and longitudinally-curved inner wall and a longitudinally-curved outer wall, the edge-oi the inner wall being soldered to the edge of the outer wall, metallic brackets secured to the outer wall of the bottle, and metallic straps swiveled on said brackets.
