TO ALL WHOM ITMAY CONCERN:
Be it known that I, CHARLES DE HASS, of the city of Washington, and District of Columbia, haveinvented a new Mode of Roofing Buildings, termed the Concrete Roong; and do hereby declarethat'th'e following is a full and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying draught of the same.'
