TOILET DIAPER NET SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION My invention relates to a device for the cleaning of a soiled diaper. The device comprises a plastic net holder with a disposable plastic netting which is placed inside of a toilet bowl. A soiled diaper placed on the inside of the plastic netting is cleaned in the water of the toilet bowl when the toilet is flushed.
A major advantage of my invention is that the device furnishes a hygienic means of washing soiled diapers.
A further advantage of my invention is that it is adaptable for attachment to conventional existing toilets.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT:
Turning now descriptively to the drawings, in which similar reference characters denote similar elements throughout the several views, FIG. 1 illustrates the diaper net holder which is of a similar shape to a toilet seat. Slots 16 are fitted onto the rim 21 of the holder for gripping the disposable diaper net 14 as shown in FIG. 2.
As shown in FIG. 2-3, tab members 23 at the periphery of the disposable diaper net 14 are fitted with shaped slots 12 that hook onto the slots 16 of the diaper net holder 15. The disposable diaper net 14 is fitted with holes 13 to permit the flow of water through the net 14.
FIG. 4 illustrates the diaper net holder 15 fastened onto the top of the toilet bowl I], with the disposable diaper net 14 attached to the diaper net holder 15. preparatory to use.
Since obvious changes may be made in the specific embodiment of the invention described herein. such modifications being within the spirit and scope of the invention claimed, it is indicated that all matter contained herein is intended as illustrative and not as limiting in scope.
Having thus described the invention, what I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent of the United States is:
l. A device of two-part construction for the rinsing of soiled diapers inside a toilet bowl, comprising a net holder formed in the general shape of a toilet seat that is mountable on the rim of a toilet bowl, and a perforated disposable diaper net that is attachable to the net holder so as to lie within the toilet bowl, when the net holder is mounted on the toilet bowl rim,
said net holder and said diaper net being each fitted with releasable attachment means for joining the net to the net holder,
said net formed in the shape of a perforated bag closed at one end and terminating in a generally circular open rim at the other end, with the bag being of a size to reach below the water level in a toilet bowl when the open rim of the bag is attached to the net holder.
2. The combination as recited in claim 1 in which the net holder is fitted with tabs that project away from the structure of the net holder, and the rim of the bag of the net is fitted with loops of a size to fit individually about the said projecting tabs of the net holder.
3. The combination as recited in claim 1 in which the disposable diaper net is in the form of a bag of plastic perforated sheeting.

Claims (3)

1. A device of two-part construction for the rinsing of soiled diapers inside a toilet bowl, comprising a net holder formed in the general shape of a toilet seat that is mountable on the rim of a toilet bowl, and a perforated disposable diaper net that is attachable to the net holder so as to lie within the toilet bowl, when the net holder is mounted on the toilet bowl rim, SAID NET HOLDER AND SAID DIAPER NET BEING EACH FITTED WITH RELEASABLE ATTACHMENT MEANS FOR JOINING THE NET TO THE NET HOLDER, SAID NET FORMED IN THE SHAPE OF A PERFORATED BAG CLOSED AT ONE END AND TERMINATING IN A GENERALLY CIRCULAR OPEN RIM AT THE OTHER END, WITH THE BAG BEING OF A SIZE TO REACH BELOW THE WATER LEVEL IN A TOILET BOWL WHEN THE OPEN RIM OF THE BAG IS ATTACHED TO THE NET HOLDER.
